自乾嘉以來，《說文》引經研究逐漸形成《說文》學的分支之一，馬宗霍的《說文解字引經考》是《說文》引經研究的集大成之作，突破了清人《說文》引經研究的瑣碎與重複，成爲《說文》學經典之一。本文全面考察了《說文解字引經考》的學術內涵與理路，主要關注其小學（語言文字學）與經學上的成就。

第一章概述了馬宗霍的生平經歷與學術研究，介紹了《說文解字引經考》出版情況與內容凡例。

第二章考察《說文解字引經考》的小學研究。馬宗霍首先歸納了《說文》引經體例，然後以本字本義爲樞紐，從語言文字學高度對《說文》引經涉及的文字和訓詁問題進行了多角度的探討。

第三章考察《說文解字引經考》的經學研究。馬宗霍從經說梳理、經本考據和經學史三個層面，由點到面地對以《說文》引經爲原點所涉及的歷代經學問題做了詳細考證。

Since the Mid-Qing period, the study of the quotations from Shuowen Jiezi has gradually become one of the branches of Shuowen study, of which Ma Zonghuo's On the Scriptures Quoted in Shuowen Jiezi is a masterpiece, breaking through the trivial and repetitive nature of former studies of the Shuowen and becoming one of the classics of Shuowen study. This article examines the academic connotations and rationale of On the Scriptures Quoted in Shuowen Jiezi, focusing mainly on its linguistic and and scripture study achievements.

The first chapter provides an overview of Ma's life and scholarly characteristics, then introduces the publication of On the Scriptures Quoted in Shuowen Jiezi and its contents.

The second chapter examines linguistic study of On the Scriptures Quoted in Shuowen Jiezi. Starting with a summary of the structure of the scriptures quoted in Shuowen, then using the original meaning of the characters as a pivot, he explores the Chinese character study and exegetical issues involved in the quoted scriptures from a linguistic and philological perspective.

The third chapter examines the scripture study of On the Scriptures Quoted In Shuowen Jiezi. Ma Zonghuo presents a detailed examination of the scripture issues involved from Shuowen Jiezi, at three levels from point to surface: scripture debatings, scripture versions and scripture study history.

The concluding section summarises the objective reasons for Ma's ability to surpass his formers and provides a general assessment of the overall academic features of On the Scriptures Quoted in Shuowen Jiezi.
