课程资源的开发是新一轮基础教育课程改革的一个新的课题,是推行与实施新课程标准的一个重要环节。体育课程资源的开发是基础教育课程改革的重要组成部分,是提高学校体育教育质量的一个关键环节。随着学校体育改革的不断深入,素质教育、健康第一、终身体育的思想正成为新一轮基础课程改革的终极目标。体育课程资源开发将直接影响体育课程内容的丰富性和多样性,而民族传统体育课程资源的开发则是一个崭新的课程开发领域,对弥补学校体育经费短缺、场地不足、满足学生的民族文化心理要求、加强学生素质教育、提高学生身心健康水平、树立良好的体育意识和观念、养成终身锻炼的习惯等方面都具有现实意义和推广价值。本文采用文献法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,分析当前常见民族传统体育课程资源开发这一问题,梳理民族传统体育的概念、分类,民族传统体育课程资源的概念,民族传统体育的价值,对民族传统体育课程资源开发的必要性和可行性进行分析,总结民族传统体育课程资源可开发的内容,开发中应遵循的原则。目前,由于课程资源开发还处于刚起步阶段,大都集中在少数民族地区,但由于体育教师传统的体育教学思想观念没有改变,各级部门对民族传统体育课程资源的开发的支持、指导、要求、督促和推广的的力度不够,管理体系的不健全,当前的师资队伍的力量薄弱、教师的开发能力、授课能力等不能满足民族传统体育课程资源开发的需要,民族传统体育本身课程目标的不明确,不能正确处理传统体育和新兴体育、外来的和乡土之间的关系。因此,我们在继承我国民族传统体育文化的基础上,借鉴国外民族传统体育发展的优势,充分开发内容、丰富、形式多变的民族传统体育课程资源,遵循民族传统体育课程资源开发的原则,因地制宜、因陋就简的引入到体育教学中,加强民族传统体育师资力量,各级部门要加强对课程资源开发的管理力度,推动民族传统体育课程资源开发的有效、可行,从而推动民族传统体育的发展。通过本研究,一方面可丰富现代体育课程资源的领域,另一方面为开发民族传统体育课程资源提供一定的借鉴。

The curriculum resources development is a new round elementary education curriculum reform new topic, is carries out and implements the new curriculum standard an important link. The sports curriculum resources' development is the elementary education curriculum reform important component, is improves the school sports education quality a key link. Along with school sports reform unceasingly thorough, the education for all-around development, the health first, lifelong physical culture's thought is becoming the ultimate objective which the new round core curriculum reforms. Sports curriculum resource development immediate influence sports curriculum content richness and multiplicity, but the national tradition sports curriculum resources' development is a brand-new curriculum develops the domain, to makes up the school sports funds to be short, the location insufficient, the satisfied student's national culture psychology request, strengthens the student education for all-around development, to raise the student physical and moral integrity level, to set up aspects and so on custom which good sports consciousness and the idea, foster lifelong exercise to have the practical significance and the promoted value. This article uses the literature law, the interview law, the logical analytic method, analysis current common national tradition sports curriculum resource development this question, combs the national tradition sports the concept, the classification, the national tradition sports curriculum resources concept, the national tradition sports value, carries on the analysis to the national tradition sports curriculum resource development's necessity and the feasibility, summarizes the national tradition sports curriculum resources potential content, the principle which in the development should follow. At present, because the curriculum resource development was also in just started the stage, concentrated mostly in the national minority area, but because the gym instructor tradition's sports teaching ideological concept has not changed, all levels of departments to national tradition sports curriculum resources development support, instruction, request, supervision and promotion dynamics was insufficient, manages the system not to be perfect, the current teachers troop's strength was weak, teacher's development ability, teaching ability and so on could not satisfy the national tradition sports curriculum resource development the need, the national tradition sports itself curriculum goal are not explicit, could not process the traditional sports and the emerging sports correctly, external and between the native soil relations.
