闽南语口语的否定词“无”[bo]在日常交流中使用频繁，其在句子层面的语法分析是以往闽南方言研究的重点。本文旨在对“无”的语义和语法特征进行分析。首先，借鉴以往词典和依据闽南语电视剧《俗女养成记》所创建的语料库语料，可确定“无”主要有三个语义：“没；没有”“不；不是”“不然”，“无”可位于话轮开头、中间、末尾，也可自成单独话轮。其次，采用广泛的话轮定义，考虑会话语境，进一步分析不同话轮位置的“无”的语义，得知话轮开头和中间位置“无”的三个语义均可使用，而话轮末尾和单独话轮则只出现“没；没有”“不；不是”。最后，分析“无”的不同语义在具体使用中体现出的语法特征，一是“无＋V”结构的语义选择需要根据动词是否含有主观意愿，是否为已然否定进行判断。二是“无”于动补结构中作补语的语义指向一般指向主语，表达主语进行某一动作后产生的效果不好。三是日常交流中“无”可作为话语标记语在话语交际中发挥重要的语用功能。

The negative word “无” [bo] in Southern Min is frequently used in everyday communication, and its grammatical analysis at the sentence level has been the focus of previous studies on the Minnan dialect. This paper aims to analyse the semantics and grammatical features of “无”. Firstly, by drawing on previous dictionaries and the corpus created from the Minnan TV series The Raising of the Common Girl, three main semantic meanings of “无” can be identified: “mei; meiyou” “bu; bushi ”“buran ”. The word “无” can be located at the beginning, middle or end of the turn, or it can be a separate turn. Secondly, using a broad definition of the turn and considering the conversational context, we further analyse the semantics of “无” in different turn positions and learn that all three semantics can be used at the beginning and middle of the turn, while only "mei;meiyou" occurs at the end of the turn and in a separate turn. Finally, the grammatical features of the different semantics of “无” are analysed in their specific use. Firstly, The semantic choice of the “无 + V” structure is based on whether the verb contains a subjective intention or whether it is already negative. Secondly, the semantic meaning of “无” in the verbal complement structure is generally directed towards the subject, expressing the bad effect of an action performed by the subject. Thirdly, in everyday communication, the word “无” can play an important pragmatic function as a discourse marker in discourse communication.
