摘 要邓小平同志一贯重视德育工作，其以人为本的德育观是邓小平理论体系的有机构成。特别是十一届三中全会以来，邓小平把马克思主义德育思想的基本原理与我国社会主义德育建设的具体实际结合起来，创造性地提出了自己具有时代特征的德育观。他关心德育工作的实际效果，重视人民的利益，强调德育工作要坚持以人为本的原则。这种独到的德育观，对于构建社会主义和谐社会，具有重要的指导意义。本文主要阐述了邓小平以人为本德育观的形成过程、主要内容、基本特点和现实意义。全文共分三部分：第一章 揭示了邓小平以人为本德育观的形成条件和发展过程。分析了邓小平以人为本德育观的理论基础和实践依据。在此基础上，本文按时间顺序分别以革命时期、社会主义建设初期和市场经济建设时期三个不同阶段为着眼点，具体分析了邓小平以人为本德育观的发展过程。第二章 论述了邓小平以人为本德育观的主要内容及突出特点。以邓小平在德育工作方面所作的讲话和论述为基础，结合我国德育建设实际，分别论述了邓小平以人为本德育观的价值取向、实现方法和突出特征。第三章 分析了邓小平以人为本德育观的现实意义。基于我国德育工作的经验教训，指出了邓小平以人为本德育观的现实指导意义，力求为当前的德育工作提供新思路、新方法。

ABSTRACTDeng Xiaoping had always emphasized on moral education and his people-oriented viewpoint on moral education is an important part of the whole Deng Xiaoping Theory. Especially after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC, he stuck to the ground of Marxism, considered both the fact and the current problem of the Socialism Modernization Construction of China, and brought forward his viewpoint on moral education which is full of the character of this age. He emphasized on the actual effect of moral education, regarded the benefits of people, and combined the people-oriented idea with the moral education successfully. Deng’s special viewpoint not only had affected the moral education of the early years of our country, but also had valuable meanings for the construction of harmonious society of this period. This thesis had concentrated on and analyzed the people-oriented moral education of Deng Xiaoping from the angle of some personal viewpoint, which is trying to offer some new ideas and methods for the current moral education. The whole thesis was divided into three parts.Chapter one: the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping’s people-oriented viewpoint of moral education. A simple analysis was give to the theory-basis and factual condition of the formation of this viewpoint. By this way, the thesis could discuss in detail the development of the theory with dividing the process into revolution, socialism modernization construction, and marketing economical construction period.Chapter two: the whole system of Deng Xiaoping’s people-oriented viewpoint of moral education. Based on the speech and discussion of Deng when he mentioned the moral education as well as brought in some personal ideas, the thesis had make a simple discuss on the position, practice and characters of Deng Xiaoping’s people-oriented viewpoint of moral education.Chapter three: the instructive meaning of Deng Xiaoping’s people-oriented viewpoint of moral education. Base on the condition, achievements and challenge of the moral education, the thesis had discussed the valuable meaning of Deng’s viewpoint, which is trying to contribute some new ideas for the current moral education.
