This paper aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the external and internal environments of HL Company and accurately identify the company's marketing strengths and weaknesses. The formation factors of these strengths and weaknesses are meticulously analyzed, and the company's experiences and lessons in the development process are summarized. By utilizing scientific marketing analysis tools, the focus is placed on marketing factors where HL Company is relatively weak, such as product, pricing, promotion, and showcasing. Additionally, considering the company's internal and external marketing environment, specific and personalized improvement strategies are proposed. These strategies are formulated based on the company's actual situation, demonstrating good feasibility and effectiveness in adapting to the current highly competitive market environment. |
