2007年以来，在国内外环境变化的共同作用下，中国期货行业进入快速发展期。由于国内管理当局对期货行业实施严格的经营牌照总量控制，其他企业进入只能通过收购或兼并的方式参股或控股期货公司。一些资本实力较强的企业通过这种方式进入了期货行业，给期货行业带来了更加激烈的竞争局面和新的发展机会。在这样的背景下，中国期货行业表现出一定的两级分化状况，一些企业抓住机会迅速扩张，另一些则由于种种原因挣扎在生死边缘。对于经营每况愈下的中小型期货公司，生存与发展问题迫在眉睫。此时，发达国家的期货行业经过一百多年的发展，已经达到高度的现代化和规范化，为后来者指明了发展的方向。对美国和香港这两个成熟的衍生品市场，本文通过研究现有资料，将其发展的规律和模式进行了分析总结。对于国内的行业发展，本文介绍了中国期货市场从无到有，从简单模仿到独立创新的发展历程，并且对中国期货业在全球衍生品市场中的地位进行了简单介绍。在战略分析阶段，本文首先通过宏观环境分析（PEST分析）和产业环境分析（五力模型），对XX期货公司外部环境对经营的影响进行研究；其次，通过设计调查访谈并进行深入研究，得到具有一定代表性的国内中小型期货公司发展战略；再次，对XX期货公司进行综合战略分析（SWOT分析），研究企业的运营状况、管理水平以及掌握的资源和能力。最后根据以上分析，得出XX期货公司的发展战略以及前提条件，制定实施计划，另外对执行过程中可能出现的问题进行了预测并提出了解决方案。

Since 2007,for the changes of the social economic environment, China's futures industry growth rapidly. Due to the strictly control over the operating license for the futures industry from domestic authorities, other enterprises want to take part in the operation can only by way of acquisition & merger. Some big enterprise's entry has brought the even more keen competition aspect and the recent development opportunity for the futures industry.Under such background, certain two level of split up condition have been observed in Chinese futures industry. some have grasped at the opportunity to grow up and others are struggling on the edge of life and death for a variety of reasons. For small and medium-sized futures companies which getting steadily worse, survival and development is extremely urgent.At this point, after 100 years of development, the futures industry in developed countries has reached a high level of modernization and standardization, and pointed out the direction of development for the new comers. By studying the available information of two mature derivatives market from the United States and Hong Kong, the law of development and patterns were analyzed and summarized.For the development of domestic industry, this article include the process of China's futures markets from simple imitation to independent innovation development, and a brief introduction to China's futures industry's position in the global derivatives market. In strategy analysis stage, the paper first analysis of macro environment analysis (PEST analysis) and industry environment analysis (five force model) to study the impact on the operation of corporate external environment; Secondly, through the design of the questionnaire and their feedback obtained necessarily development strategies of small and medium-sized domestic futures companies; again, the most representative companies to conduct an internal analysis (SWOT analysis), the operational status of the research enterprise management level as well as the available resources and capacity.
