随着语义网络和链接数据的发展,网络上越来越多的数据开始以RDF数据的形式发布,尽管RDF数据集规模很大,但仍然存在不完整的情况,而且RDF数据具有半结构化的特点,这将导致对RDF数据的查询不够准确甚至出现缺失的情况。另一方面,近年来,随着信息化时代的到来和互联网技术的蓬勃发展,众包作为一种新兴的商业模式开始逐渐进入人们的视野,引起了社会各界越来越广泛的关注。同时,由于众包模式可以用来解决RDF数据缺失的问题,因此也吸引了广大研究者的注意。本文充分结合了RDF数据的结构特点和众包模式的多项优势,在B/S架构下,以Python为编程语言,PostgreSQL为数据库支持,并结合DBpedia提供的RDF数据集,设计开发了面向RDF知识库更新的众包管理平台,旨在通过众包模式来发布任务、收集网络人群答案、更新RDF知识库,以解决RDF查询结果不足的问题。

With the development of semantic web and linked data, more and more data on the network has begun to be released as RDF. Although the RDF dataset is large in scale, it is still incomplete. And RDF data is semi-structured, which will lead to inaccuracy or even missing of RDF data query. On the other hand, in recent years, with the appearance of the Information Age and the flourishing development of Internet technologies, crowdsourcing has gradually entered people’s field of vision as a new business model, which has aroused more and more widespread attention from all sectors of society. At the same time, because crowdsourcing model can be used to solve the problem of missing RDF data, it also attracted the attention of many researchers. Under B/S architecture, using Python, PostgreSQL, and RDF data sets provided by DBpedia, this paper fully combined the structural features of RDF data and the advantages of crowdsourcing, designed and developed a crowdsourcing management platform for updating the RDF knowledge base. Through the crowdsourcing platform, our goal is to publish tasks, collect answers from online crowd, and update the RDF knowledge base to solve the problem of insufficient RDF query results.
