高等教育对学生的影响一直是社会关注的重点,也是学术界研究的热点。从自由教育角度出发,高等教育的意义是进行心智的培养,而不单单是研究和讲授,这就需要提供一个让学生自主学习、自由思考,相互之间共享知识、交流思想、碰撞观念的学术氛围。本研究依托社会网络分析的研究范式,对独具特色的Y师门研讨会进行了个案分析。
研究发现:Y师门学生间互动紧密,但是存在明显的层次差异。在互动行为背后的原因方面,个体状态、个体特征、个体内部需要的满足情况和外部刺激影响着行动者的互动行为及其在互动网络中的位置。特别的,本研究还分析了导致角色领袖和边缘人物产生的具体原因。在知识的传递效果和价值方面,关于讨论主题的知识储备和事前准备的缺乏,会影响讨论的深度、学理性、客观性和知识的指导性价值。此外,互动行为的多少对行动者的认知收获的影响具有维度层面,而非数量层面的差异性。
依据研究结论,笔者建议:教师应提供开放自由的学术氛围以让学生发表自己的看法,注重讨论中沉默的边缘人并鼓励其参与互动,开展师门研讨会知识传递效果的评估来保证研讨会质量和效果。另一方面,学生应重视阅读积累和前期准备,同时加强讨论之后的反思总结。

The influence of higher education to students has been a social focus, and academic research hot spot. From the Angle of the liberal education, the significance of higher education is to cultivate the mind, and not just to research and teach. Thus it need to provide an academic atmosphere, which can let students learn autonomously, think freely, share knowledge with each other, and exchange ideas. Relying on social network analysis research paradigm, this study will study the seminar of Professor Y’s homegate of as a case analysis.
Findings: Professor Y’s homegate has close interaction between teacher and students, but there is an obvious difference of the level. In terms of the reasons behind the interactive behavior, individual state, individual characteristics, individual internal needs and external stimulus affect the interaction and the students’ position in the interactive network. In particular, this study also find the specific causes of the role of leader and edge characters. When it comes to the effect and value of knowledge transfer, the lack of knowledge about the discussion topic and the preparation will restrict the depth, Objectivity and speciality of the discussion, even reduce the guiding effect of the knowledge. In addition, the effects of the interactive behavior on the cognitive gains have differences in the dimension level, rather than the quantity level.
Based on the research conclusion, the author suggested: the teacher should provide the free academic atmosphere to let students show their own views, pay attention to the edge characters and encourage them to interact, and evaluate the knowledge transfer to ensure the quality of the seminar. On the other hand, students should attach importance to reading books and do some preparation, and review in time.
