已有研究显示,学生之间的“力量不平等”是导致校园欺凌的一个重要的因素。学生在相互交往过程中常常形成各种非正式的同辈群体,并且这些同辈群体之间存在地位差异,同辈群体地位分层与校园欺凌之间存在相关性。但同辈群体地位分层为何导致校园欺凌,什么因素影响校园欺凌行为的选择,值得深入探究。本研究基于韦伯社会分层理论、米尔纳地位关系理论、社会认知理论,运用经典扎根理论的研究范式,采用访谈法,对珠海市某高中的一例校园欺凌个案进行调查,该个案存在欺凌者群体和被欺凌者群体,并且这些同辈群体之间存在地位分层的情况。本研究选取了与个案相关的4位学生、2位老师进行访谈,探究了同辈群体地位分层为何导致校园欺凌的问题。 本研究得出以下结论: 1.本研究的个案中,存在同辈群体地位分层现象。欺凌者群体处在高地位,是班级中的中心人群;被欺凌者群体处在低地位,是班级中的边缘人群。 2.本研究发现了同辈群体地位分层的形成原因,同辈群体地位分层由受欢迎程度决定,受欢迎程度受到两方面因素的影响:同辈群体外部因素和同辈群体内部因素。同辈群体外部因素包含2个因素:班级氛围、学校管理与教师态度;同辈群体内部因素包含1个因素:欺凌者群体与被欺凌者群体的特征。 3.本研究发现了同辈群体地位分层导致校园欺凌的机制。个案中高地位的欺凌者群体对低地位的被欺凌者群体进行校园欺凌。同辈群体地位分层导致校园欺凌的过程中,存在“被欺凌者群体遭到鄙视”和“被欺凌者群体成员遭受偏见”两条路径。 |

Studies have shown that “inequality of power” among students is an important factor contributing to school bullying. Students also form various informal peer groups in the process of interacting with each other, and there are status differences between these peer groups, and there is a correlation between peer group status stratification and school bullying. However, why the hierarchical status of peer groups leads to school bullying, and what factors affect the choice of school bullying, deserves in-depth exploration. Based on Weber's social stratification theory, Milner's status relationship theory, and social cognition theory, this study uses the research paradigm of classical grounded theory and uses the interview method to investigate a case of school bullying in a high school in Zhuhai, which has a bully group and a bullied group, and there is a status stratification between these peer groups. In this study, four students and two teachers in relation to individual cases were interviewed to explore why peer group status stratification leads to school bullying. Based on the above investigation, this study draws the following conclusions: 1. In the cases of this study, there is a phenomenon of hierarchical status of peer groups. The bully group is in a high position and is the central group in the class; The group of bullied people is at a low level and is a marginal group in the class. 2. This study found the formation reasons for the stratification of peer group status, which is determined by popularity, and popularity is affected by two factors: external factors of peer group and internal factors of peer group. External factors of peer groups include 2 factors: class atmosphere, school management and teacher attitudes; Factors within the peer group consist of 1 factor: the characteristics of the bully group and the bullied group. 3. This study identified the mechanisms by which peer group status stratification leads to school bullying. The high-status bully group in the individual case bullied the low-status bully group in school. In the process of school bullying caused by the stratification of peer groups, there are two paths: "the bullied group is despised" and "members of the bullied group are prejudiced". |
