随着物联网,人工智能的发展,各种电子设备日趋智能化,定制化,在此背景下,鼠标作为当代办公必不可少的工具之一,越来越受到人们的关注。目前市面上的办公鼠标种类繁多、功能先进、设计前卫,然而它们或多或少存在以下问题:交互方式有限、科技结合度低、长期使用导致“鼠标手”、性别设计模糊、注重外观忽视舒适性等,这些缺点都使得用户或多或少丧失了良好的体验。对于初入职场的白领女性来说,她们成长于社会高速发展,性别意识觉醒的年代,她们对于新功能、新交互的接受程度较高,在办公中希望通过趣味化、自然化的交互以及简单易用的辅助功能来提升办公效率,以此提升自身职场竞争力,然而实际办公场景下,她们不得不常常使用那些男性化、复杂的、难以适应的鼠标来进行繁琐、多变的操作。因此,初入职场的白领女性如何利用鼠标来优化办公体验,提升办公效率,是当前所面临的实际问题。目前用户使用的计算机信息输入设备分为两种:鼠标、触控板,在实际办公场景下,鼠标与触控板或多或少均有其不足之处,鼠标功能单一或过度复杂,有限的交互方式使得用户办公操作局限于点击、滑动、拖拽上面,而触控板难以精确快捷的指向某一位置、难以进行拖拽操作、使用面积过小等痛点也使得用户使用意愿较低。针对以上问题,本研究以初入职场的白领女性对于办公鼠标的需求为出发点,探究用户在日常办公场景下的办公行为、痛点和需求,挖掘用户在正常使用鼠标的基础之上,如何通过功能及交互的优化设置来弥补传统鼠标交互方式单一、功能复杂、过于男性化的不足之处,使得鼠标可以更好的为初入职场的白领女性服务

本设计研究共分为三个流程,第一个阶段是探索研究阶段,通过文献阅读、报告分析等一系列方式来获取办公鼠标发展趋势、智能硬件实体交互研究等相关信息。第二个阶段是用户研究阶段,通过问卷获取初入职场的白领女性办公行为、办公设备及软件的使用情况、对鼠标的态度、选择鼠标的影响因素等,以问卷结果为基础制定访谈大纲,重点关注于行为背后的原因,并借助相关访谈工具探寻办公场景下用户的真实需求,之后编制初入职场白领女性的用户画像,得出相应的设计需求。第三个阶段是设计转化阶段,将软件与硬件相结合,设计出符合初入职场的白领女性使用习惯和职业操作的智能办公鼠标,为女性整合任务信息,提供电子化办公的高效辅助工具,核心功能是通过不同按键的交互方式实现多样化功能的设置,并支持用户通过配套软件根据自身行为自定义调整,除核心功能之外,该鼠标还支持用户设置日常事务的提醒、自定义鼠标基础参数、用户使用记录的查看,个人中心设置等功能,从而提升办公效率及女性职场竞争力。第四个阶段是可用性测试阶段,通过用户模拟自身办公场景下鼠标使用行为,填写系统可用性量表(SUS),并对用户在可用性测试中出现的相关问题进行访谈调研,在产品设计完成后,邀请了6名被试进行了该产品的可用性测试,测试结果表明,该产品SUS分数平均分为80.83分,所属等级为A,说明本产品具有很好的易用性,用户接受程度较高。用户表示本产品经过简单的学习可以有效的改善办公效率,并提出了宝贵的建议。最后,研究者根据研究流程中的相关问题进行了反思,并对办公鼠标未来的发展研究进行了展望。

With the development of the Internet of things and artificial intelligence, all kinds of electronic devices have become increasingly intelligent and customized. In this context, the mouse, as one of the indispensable tools of modern office, has attracted more and more attention from people. Office mouse currently on the market a wide variety, advanced function, avant-garde design, however, they exist the following problems: more or less limited interaction, low science and technology each other, use for a long time lead to "mouse hand" design fuzzy, pay attention to appearance, gender, ignore the comfort and so on, these shortcomings make the user more or less lost a good experience. For white-collar women entering the workplace, they may have grown up in the high-speed development of society, gender consciousness awakening, they accept for new function, new interactive degree is higher, hope in the office by taste, natural interaction and easy-to-use auxiliary functions to improve office efficiency, to improve their own competitiveness, workplace actual office scenario, however, they often have to use those masculine, complicated, difficult to adapt to the mouse to complicated and changeable operation. Therefore, how to use the mouse to optimize the office experience and improve the office efficiency is a practical problem faced by white-collar women who just enter the workplace. Users currently use computer information input device is divided into two kinds: the mouse, trackpad, in the actual office scenario, the mouse and the touchpad is more or less has its shortcomings, the mouse function single or overly complex, limited interaction allows the user office operation confined to click, slide, drag and drop, the touchpad is difficult to accurately and fast point to a certain location, to drag and drop operation, use pain points, such as the area is too small also allows users to use intention is low. To solve above problems, this study in order to entry the white-collar female demand for office the mouse as a starting point, to explore the office behavior of users in the daily office scenario, pain points, and demand, mining the user in normal use of the mouse, on the basis of how to use function and interaction of optimization Settings to compensate for the traditional mouse interaction function of a single, complex and too masculine deficiency, that the mouse can better service for the entry of white-collar female

This design research is divided into three processes. The first stage is the exploratory research stage. Through a series of methods such as literature reading and report analysis, relevant information such as the development trend of office mouse and intelligent hardware entity interaction research can be obtained. The second phase is a user study phase, through questionnaire to obtain entry office white-collar female behavior, the usage of office equipment and software, the influence factors of attitude to the mouse, select the mouse, etc., on the basis of questionnaire results for interview outline, focuses on the reasons behind the behavior, and interviews with the aid of related tools for office scenario the user's actual demand, after entering the workplace white-collar female users of the portrait, it is concluded that the design of the corresponding requirements. The third stage is the design stage, combining software with hardware, designed in line with the entry of white-collar women use habits and professional operation of intelligent office mouse, for women integration task information, providing electronic office efficient auxiliary tool, the core function is achieved by the interaction of different buttons diversified function Settings, and support the user custom adjustment through supporting software according to their own behavior, in addition to core functions, the mouse also allows users to set reminder, custom mouse daily basis parameters, the user using the record view, personal center set up, and other functions, So as to improve office efficiency and women's competitiveness in the workplace. The fourth phase is usability testing phase, through A user simulation mouse use under its own office scenario, fill in the system usability scale (SUS), and to the user in the usability test related questions in the interview research, in the product design is completed, invited six subjects for the usability testing of the product, the test results show that the product SUS scores by an average of 80.83 points, belongs to A grade, this product has the very good usability, high degree of user acceptance. Users expressed that this product can effectively improve office efficiency through simple learning, and put forward valuable Suggestions. Finally, the researcher reflects on the relevant issues in the research process and looks forward to the future development of the office mouse.
