随着经济全球化的深入发展,教育国家化的特征日渐明显,留学的热度也是日渐攀升。 留学生作为留学教育的行为主体,也是我国科技、教育、经济、文化等领域发展不可或缺 的力量。在全球疫情常态化的背景下,留学市场回温,留学发展趋势也更趋于多元化。在 将来的选择上,出国留学依然是促进我国各方面发展的重要教育途径,但是同时,我们必 须看到,出国留学的同时也蕴含着很多难以预测的风险。尤其是近年来,留学安全问题逐 渐凸显,已经成为影响我国教育事业发展和国际文化交流的重要因素。国外各种思潮、宗 教信仰、文化差异、社会问题和不稳定因素交织在一起,给我国留学生安全带来了新的挑 战。如何实现我国学生的留学安全保障,减少中国学生在国外学习期间发生的安全问题和 不良事件,维护海外中国留学生的正当权益,维护国家和社会利益成为当前我国留学生教 育发展过程中必须高度重视并着力解决的重大问题。 本文总结了研究者对于留学安全风险和留学意愿的影响因素研究,通过访谈 15 位不 同的学生进行数据分析。根据扎根理论的三级编码以及理论饱和度检验,从而得出学生在 深度访谈中表现出的风险认识。本文归纳总结出了社会环境、个体因素、情绪偏好、家庭 因素、媒介传播这五个影响留学安全风险认知和留学意愿的因素,并以此建立模型。进而 根据留学安全风险认知和留学意愿这两个属性,把学生群体分为主动消费(高留学意愿和 高留学安全风险认知)、被动消费(高留学意愿和低留学安全风险认知)、潜在消费(低 留学意愿和低留学安全风险认知)这三个群体类型,并进行各个因素对其影响作用的研究 分析。通过对留学安全风险认知和留学意愿的现状研究发现大学生留学安全风险和留学意 愿存在差异和趋同特征,主要包括:留学安全风险关注差异,渠道认知差异,学生留学安 全需求和留学意愿存在趋同特征。 综上所述,根据本文的访谈数据分析,得出留学准备过程中存在留学安全问题不全面、 渠道多样化信息难以甄别、学生安全意识薄弱和留学安全教育系统性培训缺失等关键问题。 本文在最后根据当前留学安全风险所遇到的问题做了分析,从个体、社会政府、企业等角 度出发,对留学安全管理做出了研究并提出了可行性建议。以提升大学生的留学安全风险 认知和风险规避能力,进而推动社会、政府、企业相关政策的发展,保障我国留学教育的顺利开展。 |

With the further development of economic globalization, the characteristics of education are becoming more and more obvious, and the popularity of studying abroad is also rising. As the main body of behavior in overseas education, foreign students are also indispensable forces in the development of science and technology, education, economy and culture. In the context of the normal global epidemic, the overseas study market has rebounded, and the development trend of overseas study has become more diversified. In the future choice, studying abroad is still an important educational way to promote the development of all aspects in our country. But at the same time, we must realize that studying abroad also contains a lot of risks that are difficult to predict. Especially in recent years, the study abroad security problem has gradually become an important factor affecting the development of education and international cultural exchanges. All kinds of ideological trends, religious beliefs, cultural differences, social problems and unstable factors of foreign countries are intertwined, which bring new challenges to the safety of Chinese students. How to ensure the safety of Chinese students studying abroad, reduce the safety problems and adverse events of Chinese students studying abroad, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese students overseas, and safeguard the interests of the country and society have become major issues that must be attached great importance to and solved in the process of the development of Chinese students' education. This paper summarizes the factors that influence the safety risk and willingness to study abroad, and analyzes the data by interviewing 15 different students. According to the three-level coding of grounded theory and the saturation test of theory, the risk awareness of students in the in-depth interview is obtained. This paper summarizes the social environment, individual factors, emotional preference, family factors and media communication, which affect the cognition of safety risk and the willingness to study abroad, and establishes a model based on these five factors. Then, according to the two attributes of safety risk cognition and willingness to study abroad, students are divided into three groups: active consumption (high willingness to study abroad and high safety risk cognition), passive consumption (high willingness to study abroad and low safety risk cognition), and potential consumption (low willingness to study abroad and low safety risk cognition). And the influence of various factors on the study and analysis. Through the research on the status quo of overseas study safety risk cognition and overseas study intention, it is found that there are differences and convergence characteristics of overseas study safety risk and overseas study intention of college students, including: differences in concern about overseas study safety risk, differences in channel cognition, and convergence characteristics of students' overseas study safety needs and overseas study intention. In summary, according to the analysis of interview data in this paper, it is concluded that there are some key problems in the preparation process of studying abroad, such as incomplete safety issues, difficult to distinguish diversified information channels, weak safety awareness of students and lack of systematic training in safety education for studying abroad. At the end of this paper, according to the current study abroad security risks encountered by the problems are analyzed, from the perspective of individuals, social government, enterprises, etc., to study the safety management of study abroad and put forward feasible suggestions. In order to improve college students' safety risk cognition and risk avoidance ability, and then promote the development of society, government and enterprise related policies, guarantee the smooth development of overseas education. |
