人力资本的积累对于实现阶层流动具有重要作用，高等教育作为培养专门人才的专业教育，是否能够获得更优质的高等教育资源对于人力资本的积累也具有重要影响，但目前我国存在较强的教育代际传递。1999年，我国开始推行高校扩招政策，以期达到教育公平的目的。但政策的推行是否降低教育代际传递，促进高等教育机会公平，仍有待考察。本文基于CFPS数据，对于高校扩招对于父母教育对子女接受高等教育机会的影响进行考察，通过设置OLS模型对数据进行回归，并对于个体性别、个体家庭收入水平及个体户籍所在地三种因素进行分析。发现高校扩招对于父母教育对子女接受高等教育机会的影响显著增强，且对于不同个体存在异质性效应。对于男性个体、家庭收入水平高的个体以及城市户籍个体，通过高校扩招获得的收益更大。由此可见，高校扩招政策不能很好地达成教育公平的目的，甚至可能加剧社会阶层固化。

The accumulation of human capital plays an important role in achieving class mobility. As a professional education to cultivate specialists, having access to better higher education resources has an important impact on the accumulation of human capital. China’s intergenerational transmission effect of education is strong. In 1999, China began to implement the policy college expansion to achieve the purpose of educational equity. But did the policy reduce the intergenerational transmission effect of education? Based on CFPS data, this paper investigates the effect of college expansion on the intergenerational transmission of education by setting up a OLS regression model and analyzing three factors: gender, household income level and household registration location. It was found that the impact of higher education expansion on parental education on children's access to higher education is significantly enhanced. Also, for individuals who are male, with high family income and urban domicile the benefits of college expansion are greater. Thus, it can be seen that the policy of college expansion cannot achieve the purpose of education equity well, and may even intensify the social class solidification.
