在我国，初中新课程改革的步伐从2001年起揭开帷幕，而农村义务教育阶段学生占在校学生总人数的67%左右，农村教师总量约占教师总人数的55%，他们的状况关系到教育改革的成败，关注农村教育的新课改刻不容缓。为了更具体的了解农村初中历史新课程的实施状况，笔者选择了代表温县初中历史平均水平的八所学校，以调查问卷的形式对温县的历史教学进行了详尽的调查研究，并访谈了部分在校师生以及教育局的历史教研员。希望这些资料可以为农村初中历史新课程的有效进行提供些许帮助。

In China, new curriculum reform started at junior high school since 2001, and the rural compulsory education students accounted 67% for the total number of students at school, 55% for the total rural teachers. Their situation relates to the success or failure of education reform. It’s concerned about the new curriculum reform of rural education imperatively.
