近年来，我国平台经济迅速发展，然而平台企业的垄断问题日益凸显。 2020 年 12 月先后召开的中央政治局会议和中央经济工作会议均要求强化反垄 断和防止资本无序扩张。2021 年遂成为平台经济反垄断大年，其中的典型案 例有阿里巴巴集团滥用市场支配地位案、美团滥用市场支配地位案。

为探究平台经济反垄断的现状，本文采用文献研究方法与多案例研究方 法梳理了国内外平台经济、资本无序扩张、反垄断相关概念、理论和实践， 然后选取了阿里、美团、滴滴三家公司作为案例来具体分析平台经济领域的 资本无序扩张及反垄断规制，得到的结论是我国平台经济反垄断规制起步虽 晚但紧追国际前沿，并具有中国特色;与此同时，它在规制体系、执法风格 和社会治理等层面还存在改善空间。

In recent years, China’s platform economy has developed rapidly. However, there is an increasing number of monopoly problems. A meeting of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the annual Central Economic Work Conference held in December 2020 both called for strengthening anti-monopoly and preventing disorderly expansion of capital. 2021 then became a big year for platform anti-monopoly enforcement, and the typical cases are Alibaba and Meituan’s abuses of their market dominance.

To explore the current anti-monopoly supervision of the platform economy, this paper adopted a combined approach of literature review and multi-case study to organize concepts, theories and practices related to the platform economy, disorderly expansion of capital and anti-monopoly, select Alibaba, Meituan and Didi as cases to analyze them, and conclude that although China’s supervision of platform economy started late, it closely follows international standards and has Chinese characteristics; meanwhile, there is still room for improvement such as in regulatory system, enforcement style and social governance.
