随着科技的进步与发展、全球信息化进程的推进,数字出版不仅改变着大众的传统阅读习惯和信息获取方式,也成为出版行业迫切实践的时代命题。经过近几年的发展,我国的数字出版发展取得了长足的进步,出版社逐步理清了数字出版的脉络,尤其是专业出版社深入挖掘自身的专业内容资源,数字出版产值屡创新高。专业出版社不仅有独特的内容资源、相对固定的消费群体、较为成熟的品牌等发展优势,也存在阻碍其数字出版发展的瓶颈,比如专业出版社的核心竞争力形成受阻、市场相对狭窄、人才缺失、版权保护机制尚未真正确立、标准建设存在缺位、受制于发行渠道等。针对这些问题,论文在借鉴国外成功的数字出版经验基础上,从促进数字出版发展的政策扶持、法律支持、行业支持、渠道建设等外部建设,以及提高核心竞争力、树立出版品牌、丰富产品形态、加强人才培养等内部建设两个维度提出发展对策。

With the progress and development of science and technology, with the process of global information, digital publishing is not only changing people's traditional reading habits and access to information, also be publishing era proposition industry urgent. After several years of development, the development of China's digital publishing has made considerable progress, press gradually getting the context of digital publishing, especially professional press dig their own professional content resources, digital publishing output value reached record high. Professional press not only has the unique content resources, relatively fixed consumer groups, have the advantage of the development of mature brands, there are bottlenecks that hinder its development of digital publishing, such as the formation of core competitiveness in professional publishers is blocked, the market is relatively narrow, lack of talent, copyright protection is not yet really established, there is the absence of standard construction, subject to the distribution channels, and so on. To solve the problem, the paper draws on the successful experience of digital publishing abroad, promotes the development of digital publishing from the two dimensions of external construction and internal construction. External building includes policy support, legal support, industry-supported, channel development and so on. Internal construction includes improving core competitiveness, establishing publishing brands, enriching product form, strengthening personnel training
