中文摘要:
教育的不平等一直以来是社会公平中探讨的重要问题,教育的代际流动性是教育公平的体现。1999年大学教育扩招以来,对于社会的代际流动性的变化有不同的说法,而教育的代际流动性更直接地反应其变化,并且能够在一定程度上反映收入的代际流动性。因此本文从教育的代际间流动性入手,采用2013年CHIPS的数据进行研究,利用OLS和转移矩阵的方法进行大学扩招前后教育的代际间流动性对比,同时进行城乡之间的比较,探讨高等教育的扩招与城乡教育流动性的变化之间的关系。从结果上可以看出,高等教育的扩招在总体上对于教育的代际流动性没有太大的变化,而对于城镇与农村的对比而言,由于城镇和优势阶层具备更加充分的教育资源,因此成为了大学扩招的受益者,而相反农村和弱势阶层的教育代际流动性反而下降。因此在考虑教育的扩招政策的实施过程中应该更加注重教育资源的公平分配,关注政策的实际受惠群体。
外文摘要:
Educational inequality has been always the important issue of social equality. And educational intergenerational mobility can be one of the most crucial factors about this issue. Since 1999 the policy that tertiary educational expansion of enrollment was carried out, there has been many different opinions about the change of social mobility. Educational mobility can be the most direct factor to reflecting this problem and it will stand for the intergenerational mobility of income to some extent. So this paper will concentrate on educational mobility, use OLS regression model and transfer matrix based on 2013 CHIPS data to compare the change between town and country after the policy. From the result, we can see in the whole society, the mobility doesn’t have substantial differences. But as far as town and country’s comparison is concerned, due to the more educational resources the town and the dominant stratum owed, they become the beneficiaries of the educational expansion policy. On the other hand, the country and the weak stratum’s educational mobility declined instead. So we should pay more attention to the people who really need it and in the process we should distribute the educational resources equally.
