本文使用联合国粮食及农业组织（FAO）所提供的1985-2021年间共72493条沙漠蝗灾爆发的全部记录对以非洲大陆为高频发生区域的沙漠蝗灾（若虫形式与成虫形式）进行了研究与分析。该研究主体可分为三个部分：第一部分通过计算Spearman等级相关系数得到了若虫形式蝗灾与成虫形式蝗灾随时间变化的显著正相关性关系；第二部分关注沙漠蝗灾爆发的时间分布特征：首先通过计算时间序列的自相关函数并分析自相关函数图推得了沙漠蝗灾当前发生的周期性规律；接着运用基本统计量赋分以及k-means无监督学习聚类两种方法同时对沙漠蝗灾的易发月份展开系统性研究，得到了高度一致的分析结果；第三部分对沙漠蝗基于时序的空间分布特征进行分析，利用峰形表现验证了红海沿岸主要国家沙漠蝗灾爆发的发源地与冬季迁飞方向，并对这些国家沙漠蝗灾发生的严重程度进行了评估。

This paper utilizes 72,493 records of desert locust outbreaks from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations spanning the years 1985-2021 to investigate and analyze desert locust infestations, focusing particularly on the high-frequency region of the African continent. The study is structured into three main parts. Firstly, Spearman's rank correlation coefficient is employed to establish a significant positive correlation between hopper and adult forms of locust outbreaks over time. The second part delves into the temporal aspects of desert locusts. Beginning with the calculation of the autocorrelation function of time series to discern the latest time periodicity of locust outbreaks, the study subsequently conducts a novel analysis of high desert locust infestation months using basal statistical variable score assignment and k-means clustering, yielding highly consistent results. Finally, the third part uses peak shape performance corroborates the origin area and winter migration direction of desert locusts in the major countries along the Red Sea coast. And it also evaluates the severity of desert locust infestations within these countries.
