英语写作是学生综合能力的体现。但相比于其他版块,学生的写作能力较难评估,写作成绩更低,取得成效较慢,是英语学习的重点和难点。再者,一线课堂时间紧张,教师往往无法投入较多的时间去细致分析学生的写作。鉴于此,本文拟围绕两个问题对高二学生应用文体英语写作展开相关调查:1.高中生英语写作常见错误有哪些?各类错误具有怎样的分布特点?2.高中生出现以上错误的原因有哪些?笔者以广东省佛山市某中学高二年级某两个班的学生为研究对象,从两个班级中收取233份作文,以错误分析理论为指导,以建立语料库和文本分析的方式调查高二学生英语写作的常见错误,通过分析不同方面的问卷数据寻找原因。研究有以下发现:共有1461处错误,学生在词汇方面出现的错误最多,而本体错误,句法错误以及语篇错误出现的错误较少。其中,词汇在语法层面的错误最常见,动词、名词、冠词使用错误出现的频次较高;而单词拼写错误和词汇搭配错误在词汇方面也比较常见。关于出现错误的原因,一是学生害怕出现错误,二是词汇、语法和句子结构是学生的写作难点,三是学生的写作习惯不好,四是学生没有利用好批改后的作文。

English writing is a reflection of students' overall ability. However, compared with other sections, students' writing ability is more difficult to assess, with lower writing scores and slower results, which is the focus and difficulty of English learning. Moreover, the time constraints of first-line classrooms often prevent teachers from devoting more time to analyze students' writing in details. In view of this, this paper intends to launch a relevant investigation on English writing of sophomore students around two questions: 1. What are the common errors in high school students' English writing? Besides, what are the characteristics of the error distribution? 2. What are the main causes of errors in high school students' writing? The author takes the students of two classes in the sophomore year of a senior high school in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, as the research subjects, collects 233 compositions from the two classes, and investigates the common errors of the sophomore students' English practical writing by building a corpus and text analysis with the guidance of the Error Analysis Theory, and searches for the reasons by analyzing the data from different aspects of the questionnaires. The study has the following findings: There are 1461 errors. Students make the most errors in vocabulary, while ontological errors, syntactic errors, and discourse errors appear less frequently. Among them, errors in vocabulary at the grammatical level are the most common, with errors in the use of verbs, nouns, and articles appearing more frequently; while word spelling errors and word collocation errors are also more common in vocabulary. Regarding the reasons for the errors, firstly, the students are afraid of making errors. Secondly, vocabulary, grammar and sentence structure are the difficulties of students' writing. Thirdly, the students' writing habits are not good, and fourthly, the students do not make use of the corrected compositions.
