The new curriculum standards require improvement in the educational function of the mathematics subject, comprehensive implementation of the student-centered education philosophy, and emphasis on the creation of situations in the process of teaching design and implementation. Conic sections are important content in high school mathematics. Based on the theory of situational creation, utilizing information technology to demonstrate the geometric characteristics of conic sections and popularizing the real-life applications of conic sections can stimulate students' desire to learn and make the classroom more lively and interesting. This article utilizes various research methods to showcase the research process, combining the author's personal experience to ultimately create teaching designs that inspire students' academic interests, enhance their learning motivation, and cultivate students' core mathematical literacy. It serves as a reference and assistance for teachers. |
