近年来,全球倡导科学素养的培养,而我国教育理念逐渐凸显科学态度与社会责任核心素养的地位。并且随着新课程改革,高中已提出各学科核心素养的内容与目标。初中化学科学态度与社会责任素养的内容是什么?相应的课程目标又是什么呢?本研究通过文献研究法梳理科学态度、社会责任的文献,提出科学态度与社会责任的理论结构框架,参考国内外素养框架和我国社会主义核心价值观筛选合适的指标。本研究利用初中课程标准对所建构的科学态度与社会责任素养框架进行修正,根据修正后的框架指标确定初中化学科学态度与社会责任素养的课程目标。通过分析每个主题的内容标准、活动与探究建议与情景素材,确定一级主题内容中与之相关的总体目标内容。希望本研究可以为今后研究初中阶段科学态度与社会责任的素养水平参考,为初中化学课程标准的修订提供建议。

In recent years, the cultivation of scientific competence has been advocated globally, and our educational idea gradually highlights the status of scientific attitude and social responsibility competence. With the new curriculum reform, high school has put forward the content and curriculum objective of each discipline core competence.What are the contents of junior high school chemistry scientific attitude and social responsibility competence? What is the corresponding curriculum objective? This study sorted out the literature of scientific attitude and social responsibility through literature research, and put forward the theoretical framework of scientific attitude and social responsibility. Appropriate indicators were selected by reference to the frameworks of competence at home and abroad and our socialist core values.This study uses the curriculum standards of junior high school to revise the framework of scientific attitude and social responsibility competence. According to the revised framework indicators, the curriculum objective of junior middle school chemistry scientific attitude and social responsibility competence is determined. By analyzing the content standards, activities and exploration suggestions and situational materials of each topic, the overall objective content related to the first-level topic content is determined.It is hoped that this study can serve as a reference for the future research on the competence level of scientific attitude and social responsibility in junior high school, and provide suggestions for the revision of junior middle school curriculum standards.
