学习动机是大学生进行学习的原动力,为了解北京市属市管学校学生学习动机的现状,笔者采用自编的 《北京高校大学生学习动机调查问卷》就学习动机问题对北京财贸职业学院的学生进行问卷调查分析,结论如下: (一)该校学生学习动机类型依次为:求知进取、小群体取向、物质追求、成就动机、社会取向、竞争取向、消极回避。 (二)约70%的学生学习动机强度较高,30%的学生学习动机较弱。 (三)影响学生学习动机的因素依次为:学校、教师、学生自身、家庭。 根据调查结果,我们也提出了相关建议以供参考。 |

The learning motivations of contemporary college students have played a key role in promoting their study. This study adopts a self-designed questionnaire to investigate the present situation of learning motivation of students in Beijing Financial and Commercial Vocational College. The conclusions are as following: (一)According to the degree of intensity,students’learning motivation contents can be arranged in such an order: seeking knowledge and being enterprising, small group orientation,pursuit of material comforts, personal achievements, competition, social orientation, passiveness. (二)Almost 70% students have a higher motivation,30% students have a lower motivation. (三)the mean value of the factors affecting students’learning motivation from high to low are: school, teacher, themselves, family. Based on the research results, we provide some corresponding suggestions as well. |
