高校后勤社会化改革自1985年提出以来，我国高校探索和发展后勤社会化改革已经三十多年，取得了一定的成就。高校后勤服务外包作为高校社会化改革的重要手段，是将社会企业引入高校，为高校提供更加优质、专业化的后勤服务，提高高校师生的满意度。 本文首先对服务外包的概念、动因及存在的风险和问题进行系统整理，对高校后勤服务进行阐述，明确高校后勤服务外包的定义，简要概括高校后勤服务外包在国内外高校后勤社会化改革中的应用。本文主要以北京师范大学为例，采用专家访谈、问卷调查及案例分析等方法，深入调研北京师范大学服务外包工作，总结了其发展历程、现状，通过对北京师范大学后勤服务外包在学校发展需求、后勤工作需求、财务以及服务质量四个方面进行分析，得出了所取得效果并分析总结了北京师范大学后勤服务外包的四个问题，即服务外包目标的异质性，不明确的接包单位选择标准，缺失的绩效评价体系，不完善的监督监管机制。 基于博弈论分析方法，建立了服务外包不同阶段的博弈模型，通过对模型的分析得出了相应的均衡结果，进而在此基础上提出了高校后勤服务外包的建议：兼顾经济性和福利性；建立接包单位选择标准；建立绩效评价体系；健全监督监管机制。

Since 1985 university logistics reform proposed, the university logistics reform in China has carried out for more than 30 years. Reforms of university logistics have made a great progress and achieved some success. As an important means of university logistics reform, services outsourcing of university logistics introduces social enterprise into university to supply better and more professional logistic services for teachers and students and improve their satisfaction. The thesis firstly systematically organizes the concept, reasons and risks of services outsourcing, demonstrates the university logistic service, and defines services outsourcing of university logistics. Secondly, it summarizes the application of university logistic services outsourcing. Thirdly, the thesis takes Beijing Normal University for example, adopting interviewing, questionnaires and case analysis method, making analysis on the university development, logistics requirement, finance, and quality of service to sum up the development, current situation and achievement of logistic services outsourcing at Beijing Normal University. On the basis, the thesis points out the problems of university logistic services outsourcing, and provides four corresponding suggestions through game theory analysis: give consideration to both welfare and economic efficiency, setting up the standard of selecting, introducing evaluation and strengthen supervision.
