随着经济和社会的发展,服装已经不再是建国初期那种供不应求的状态,而是生产过剩、库存堆积的状态。随之而来人们对于服装的要求不仅仅是穿暖而已,而是越来越多的追求个性化。经济繁荣带动了我国服装企业的快速发展,大数据的应用成为了服装企业参与市场竞争的重要手段。当社会大的背景发生变化时,人们的深层次需求会更加明显对此,如何在恶劣的竞争环境中谋得更好的发展成为当前服装公司亟待解决的关键问题,打造一个科学、有效的大数据时代服装企业商业模式已成为服装企业发展的共识。 近几年来,不单单是整个服装企业态势发生了巨大变化,同时,消费者的消费需求也在不断的发展,在国民经济不断发展的过程中,人们对服装的认知、看法、消费态度以及消费能力都产生了巨大的变化,面对越来越旺盛、越来越多元化的消费需求,服装企业要保有原有的市场份额,必须强化企业的管理与控制,从生产、商业、仓储、物流与材料配送等环节入手,推行精细化管理、信息化管理与现代化管理,抓住大数据时代契机,克服经营成本、外贸份额、产品库存、企业经营同质化、消费者需求的变化等发展瓶颈,找到适宜可行的突破口。创新新型的商业模式,成为服装企业的新课题。 从商业模式的理论文献研究为出发点,以Stitch Fix公司为案例,运用案例研究的方法,从价值主张与创造出发,主要分析其商业模式及商业模式要素,通过其目前的经营情况及其与传统服装企业商业模式的对比,发现基于大数据的商业模式的优势与潜力以及优越性。同时,判断其商业模式是否可以给中国当下服装企业带来突破和变革,为行业发展提供可行性建议,旨在寻找服装企业商业模式创新下的蓝海。

With the development of economy and society, clothing is no longer that are in short supply in the early years of the founding of the state, but production overcapacity, inventory accumulation state. With people is not only to the requirement of clothing to wear warm, but the pursuit of more and more personalized. Economic prosperity led to the rapid development of the clothing enterprise in our country, the application of large data has become the important means of clothing enterprises to participate in market competition. When the background of social changes, people's deep demand will be more obvious, how to get in bad competition environment better development become the key problem urgently to be solved in the current clothing company, to build a scientific and effective big data era clothing enterprise business model has become the consensus of clothing enterprises development. In recent years, not only has the situation of the entire clothing industry undergone tremendous changes, but at the same time, consumer demand for consumers has continued to develop. In the process of the continuous development of the national economy, people’s perceptions, opinions, attitudes towards clothing and the spending power have undergone tremendous changes. In the face of more and more prosperous and increasingly diversified consumer demands, garment companies must retain their existing market share and must strengthen the management and control of their businesses, from production, commerce and warehousing. Starting with logistics and material distribution, we will implement refined management, information management and modern management, seize the opportunity of big data era, and overcome the development of bottlenecks, such as operating costs, foreign trade share, product inventory, homogeneity of business operations, and changes in consumer demand, to find a feasible breakthrough. Innovating new business models has become a new topic for apparel companies. From the perspective of the theoretical literature research on business models, taking Stitch Fix as a case study, and using case studies to analyze the business model and business model elements from the perspective of value proposition and creation, through its current operations and its relationship with the traditional clothing industry. Comparing business models, Stitch Fix business model is compared with the business model of the traditional apparel industry, discovering the advantages, potentials, and advantages of business model innovation based on big data. At the same time, judging its business model can give China current apparel industry The breakthroughs and changes brought about by the company provide viable suggestions for the development of the industry, aiming to find blue ocean under the business model innovation of the apparel industry.
