高中阶段是青少年身心成长的关键时期,我国始终高度重视困境青少年群体,相继出台了一系列加强困境青少年服务保障的制度政策,专业社会工作已然被纳入保障困境青少年生活成长的重要支撑力量之中。社会工作者作为专业的服务提供者,是改善高中生身心状况,提升社会调适能力,促进其健康成长的一支重要力量,也是链接各方面优势资源,促进家校社协同发展的功能承载者。困境高中生承受着来自各方的压力,更容易在这一阶段产生消极情绪或过激想法,使得原有的复杂困境更加严峻。面对困境高中生,社会工作者提供的专业服务能够帮助他们更好地面对未来成长道路上的风险与挑战。
本研究以困境高中生为研究对象,采用个案研究法,基于抗逆力理论为困境高中生小Q设计并开展了抗逆力提升服务,主要有三部分内容。其一,介绍个案来源、基本情况,分析案主在家庭、学校、社会和虚拟网络空间中的主要生活困境情况,对案主的抗逆力水平进行前测分析。其二,设计困境高中生的抗逆力提升方案,分析案主的需求、优势与资源,确定个案服务的目标与计划,制定完整的实务方案内容。其三,开展困境高中生抗逆力提升的个案工作实务,从内在个人力与外在支持力两种抗逆力结构提升案主的抗逆力水平,结案后进行跟进与回访。
抗逆力提升服务结束后,本研究对服务进行了过程与结果评估,得出了以下结论:第一,抗逆力提升实务对于困境高中生具有一定积极作用。第二,由内在个人力到外在支持力的实务顺序能够有效保持提升效果。第三,现实生活空间与虚拟网络空间对困境高中生分别起到关键外在支持与补充外在支持的作用。最后,本研究从研究方法、理论视角和实务过程三方面进行了回顾与反思。

The high school stage is a crucial period for the physical and mental growth of young people. China has always attached great importance to the disadvantaged youth group and has successively introduced a series of institutional policies to strengthen the service guarantee for disadvantaged youth. Professional social work has been included in the important support force for ensuring the life and growth of disadvantaged youth. As a professional service provider, social workers are an important force in improving the physical and mental condition of high school students, enhancing their social adjustment ability, and promoting their healthy growth. They are also functional carriers that link various advantageous resources and promote the coordinated development of family, school, and society. High school students in difficult situations face pressure from all parties and are more likely to develop negative emotions or extreme thoughts during this stage, making the existing complex difficulties even more severe. Faced with difficulties for high school students, the professional services provided by social workers can help them better face the risks and challenges on their future growth path.
This study focuses on disadvantaged high school students and adopts a case study method. Based on the theory of resilience, a resilience enhancement service for disadvantaged high school students was designed and carried out, which mainly consists of three parts. Firstly, introduce the source and basic situation of the case, analyze the main living difficulties of the case owner in their family, school, society, and virtual cyberspace, and conduct a pre-test analysis of the case owner's resilience level. Secondly, design a resilience enhancement plan for high school students in difficult situations, analyze the needs, advantages, and resources of the case owner, determine the goals and plans for case services, and develop a complete practical plan. Thirdly, carry out practical case work on enhancing the resilience of high school students in difficult situations, and enhance the resilience level of the case owner through two types of resilience structures: internal personal strength and external support. Follow up and follow-up will be conducted after the case is closed.
After the completion of the resilience enhancement service, this study evaluated the process and results of the service, and drew the following conclusions: firstly, resilience enhancement practice has a certain positive effect on high school students in difficult situations. Secondly, the practical sequence from internal personal strength to external support can effectively maintain the improvement effect. Thirdly, the real life space and the virtual network space play key external support and supplementary external support roles for high school students in difficult situations, respectively. Finally, this study reviewed and reflected on research methods, theoretical perspectives, and practical processes.
