青少年抑郁障碍的发病率持续上升,不仅给青少年个人发展造成影响,也给家庭及社会带来沉重负担。青少年抑郁患者及家庭,迫切地需要全社会提供更多途径、更多层次的干预方法和支持体系。本文使用情绪聚焦疗法理论为指导,采用团体心理咨询方式,对青少年抑郁患者及其家长进行干预,检验情绪聚焦理论指导下的6次连续团体干预对青少年抑郁障碍的症状改善,以及青少年心理社会功能恢复的有效性。研究发现:
首先,干预前后(包含追踪后测,下同)青少年抑郁症状得分出现先升高再降低的趋势,这可能和情绪聚焦疗法针对情绪工作,而情绪的觉察能力增强,负性情绪被唤起有关。追踪测显示,75%的成员最终抑郁症状得分低于标准临界分值。家长参与团体咨询,其子女的抑郁症状的得分先升高后再降低。
其次,心理社会功能方面。前、后测结果显示,青少年抑郁患者的亲社会性显著提高。青少年抑郁患者在情绪智力、自尊、社会适应性量表的各项指标得分均发生明显改变。家长参加团体,则其患有抑郁障碍的子女的心理社会功能的改善效果可能滞后。
最后,亲子依恋关系方面。在父亲参加的团体中,父子依恋的信任和沟通维度的得分有上升,疏离感得分降低,母子依恋的信任和沟通维度的得分有上升,但上升幅度低于父子依恋的变化幅度。疏离感得分降低。男性青少年成员的亲子依恋量表中,父亲及母亲两份量表的得分,在各个维度均低于女性成员。家长参与团体,其子女在亲子依恋量表的信任、沟通和疏离感维度的得分都有下降的趋势。
 

外文摘要:

The increasing incidence of adolescent depression disorder not only affects the individual development of adolescents, but also brings a heavy burden to the family and society. Adolescent depression patients and their families urgently need the whole society to provide more ways, more levels of intervention methods and support system. Under the guidance of emotion-focused therapy theory and group psychological counseling method, this paper conducted intervention for adolescents with depression and their parents, and tested the effectiveness of six successive group interventions under the guidance of emotion-focused theory on the improvement of symptoms of adolescent depression disorder and the recovery of adolescent psychosocial function. The study found:
First of all, before and after the intervention (including follow-up test), adolescent depressive symptom scores showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing, which may be related to the enhancement of emotional awareness and the arousal of negative emotions when emotion-focused therapy works on emotions. The follow-up showed that 75 percent of the participants ended up with depression symptoms scores below the threshold. When parents participated in group counseling, their children's scores for depressive symptoms increased and then decreased.
Secondly, psychosocial function. Pre -, post - and follow-up tests showed significant improvement in pro-sociality among depressed adolescents. The scores of emotional intelligence, self-esteem and social adaptability scales in adolescents with depression were significantly changed. If parents participate in groups, the improvement in psychosocial functioning of their children with depressive disorders may be delayed.
Finally, parent-child attachment. In the fathers' group, scores of trust and communication dimension of father-son attachment increased, scores of alienation decreased, and scores of trust and communication dimension of mother-son attachment increased, but the increase range was lower than that of father-son attachment. Alienation scores decreased. In the parent-child attachment scale of male adolescents, the scores of father and mother were lower than those of female adolescents in all dimensions. When parents participate in the group, their children's scores on the dimensions of trust, communication and alienation of parent-child attachment scale tend to decline.
