以往对于莫言的“魔幻”的研究只是停留在感觉奇异这一特点,“魔幻”的其他维度,如叙述的腔调、故事的传奇色彩、时空交叉特点并未得到体现。另外以往研究没有挖掘“魔幻”背后的意义,即作家莫言要通过“魔幻”表达什么,而这正体现了莫言小说的独特性。鉴于此,本文以“魔幻”作为研究莫言小说的起点,作如下结构设计:第一章讨论莫言小说魔幻的表现,分为感觉强化、说怪传奇与荒诞情节、时空的交叉与穿梭。第二章分别从原始思维(互渗律)、中国本土资源、外来文学资源三方面寻找莫言小说“魔幻”因素的来源。第三章讨论莫言小说“魔幻”的两类审美特征:其一表现为人类学诗意,正因为感觉强化和民间文化的影响,使得莫言小说带有人类学的观察视角,对人的本能和欲望能有充分表达——人类学从生物学的角度看待人类本身。这并非贬低人,而是从生命本体意识出发诗意地描写人,作家通过这种人类学视野改变了从社会学和伦理学角度观察人的方式。另一类是对于“奇”趣的追求,在对奇人奇事的讲述中,形成“魔幻”情境。“奇”是在浪漫主义与现实主义之外寻找理想的实现,“奇”的境界既不脱离现实又不附着在社会现实之上。“奇”表现人之隐秘情感,是将发未发,梦幻般不可条分缕析的独特生命体验。另外在“传”奇时讲述者的自信和听者的信任构成一个特别的语义场,莫言小说大都具有这样的对话效果,而一旦建立这样的叙事语境,“魔幻”的书写变得更为有效。“奇”的意蕴不在于叙述内容,而在主体内在体验的充分表达,充满了命运感和英雄崇拜。总之人类学视野和传奇效果都拓展了文学对人的表现广度和深度,将人还原为富有勃勃生机的独特个体。“魔幻”在莫言这里更多表现为生存本能及生存智慧。

Previous studies of Mo Yan's "magic" just stay feel strange this characteristic, "magic" of other dimensions, such as the narrative tone, the story of the legendary, space-time cross characteristics have not been reflected. Other previous studies did not dig the meaning behind the "magic", "magic" as the writer, Mo Yan want to express, and Mo Yan this uniqueness.
