本文选取鹿角珊瑚属的12个种作为代表物种,采用R语言和MaxEnt程序包构建生态位模型,利用不同物种现阶段分布点数据及环境数据,建立MaxEnt生态位模型,计算AUC值进行模型精度评价,模型精度良好;对末次间冰期(LIG,约120-140ka BP),末次冰盛期(LGM,21Ka BP)和全新世中期(MIH,6Ka BP)三个典型历史时期的种群适生区进行了模拟重建,通过计算分布重叠率及物种迁移指数等指标,比较珊瑚历史及现阶段分布情况。结果显示,海平面变化是影响鹿角珊瑚类群分布的重要环境因子。LIG时期气候温暖,海平面较高,鹿角珊瑚类群适宜栖息地范围较广;LGM时期低温严寒,浅陆被冰盖覆盖,海平面低,物种分布范围骤缩;MIH时期气温升高,冰川消融,海平面较LGM上升近140米,物种适宜栖息地得以恢复。总体而言,经历LIG,LGM,MIH时期至今,鹿角珊瑚类群适宜分布区表现出向北迁移的趋势。

In this paper, 12 species of Acropora are selected as the representative species. The Niche Model is constructed using R language and MaxEnt package. The MaxEnt niche model is established by using the current distribution point data and environmental data of different species, and the AUC value is calculated to evaluate the model and the high AUC value indicates that the model is reliable. For the last interglacial period (LIG, about 120-140ka BP), the last glacial maximum (LGM, 21Ka BP) and middle Holocene (MIH, 6Ka BP) were simulated and reconstructed. We calculated the overlap index of the distribution and species migration indexes, then compared the historical distributions of the species with current distributions. The results show that sea level change is an important environmental factor that influences the distribution of antler corals. During the LIG period, the climate was warm and the sea level was high. The range of suitable habitats for the Antler corals were wider ; the LGM was cold , the shallow land was covered by ice sheets and the sea level was low, the distribution ranges of species shrank a lot; during the MIH period, the temperature increased and the glaciers ablated. The sea level rises by nearly 140 meters from LGM, and the habitats of suitable species has re-expanded. In general, it may show a trend of northward migration of the ceratosaurine species’ suitable distribution area from LIG, LGM, MIH to the present.
