绩效考核是人力资源管理活动中的重要环节，影响着人力资源管理的整体效果。通过绩效考核，员工不仅能够获知他人对自己工作表现的评价，而且能够清晰地了解自己的能力和准确把握自己需要改善的地方，有助于员工队伍的建设。航空公司要实现航空安保的工作目标，航空安全员的绩效水平是关键。航空安全员的绩效水平也影响着航空公司的整体绩效和形象，而绩效考核又是提高航空安全员绩效水平的重要手段之一。因此，如何高效地对航空安全员队伍进行管理是一个需要认真研究的课题。本人长期从事航空安全员队伍管理工作，认为建立一套有效、实用的航空安全员绩效考核指标体系是关键所在。 本文通过学习绩效考核理论和研究国内外各相关行业的绩效考核制度，结合多年航空安全员管理工作经验，尝试对航空安全员绩效考核指标进行研究，总结出航空安全员绩效考核指标体系。

As the crucial link and foundation of human resource management in public sectors, influence on the whole situation of human resource management. By means of performance appraisal, employees can not only learn other people’s evaluation of the performance of their work，but also have a clear idea about their capabilities and accurate grasp of their own needs to improvement, thus contributing to the construction of the group of employees. The work of aviation security is determined by the effectiveness of the level of performance of aviation security officers. Performance appraisal is one of the most important means to improve the performance of aviation security officers. So performance appraisal should be great valued. As the development of civil aviation, the number of aviation security officers is growing very fast. Therefore, how to effectively manage aviation security officers is an important topic. The author has been in this area for a long time. In my opinion, establishing a practical appraisal system is the center of the topic. In this paper, by learning the related theories about the performance appraisal and investigating the appraisal system of some areas, combined with the author’s experience, try to research the performance appraisal system of aviation security officers.
