在语文课程的研制中,课外阅读的地位越来越受到重视。学生有效的课外阅读活动往往可以促进其课内阅读的学习,但是在当前实际的教学工作中,课外阅读教学呈现出口号多于行动,自学多于指导的现象。本文通过对高中生语文课外阅读情况的调查了解高中生在课外阅读方面存在的问题和教师在课外阅读教学指导方面存在的问题,进而根据存在的问题,提出对改善课外阅读教学效果的思考。论文第一章介绍本论文研究缘起,分别介绍课外阅读和课外阅读教学当前存在的问题、国内外的研究现状、研究意义以及研究设想;第二章是调查的客观呈现,介绍了调查目的、调查对象、调查工具、调查过程,调查结果的统计及分析。第三章是关于调查问卷反映出来的问题及原因分析。第四章是改善高中语文课外阅读教学效果的思考,分为两部分。首先是对课外阅读课程化的思考。具体来说包括重视课外阅读在语文课程中的地位、制定合理的课外阅读教学目标和评价标准、加强课外阅读教材的编写;其次是对提高教师指导的有效性的思考。具体来说包括教师对学生课外阅读内容和阅读方法、策略选择的指导。关于阅读内容选择的指导,提出了教师推荐读物应该注意的几点,比如课外阅读和课内阅读的积极配合、注重版本的选择、站在学生的角度出发,将经典阅读和兴趣阅读结合起来、以及适当推荐传记作品等等;关于阅读方法的指导,包括指导学生课外阅读确立目标意识、带着语文意识进行阅读、如何做读书笔记、教给学生阅读策略,使学生学会在阅读的每个环节都能够运用有效的策略,促进其阅读能力的发展。希望学生能在教师的引导下走上独立阅读的道路。学生在阅读中获得精神力量的有力支撑,他们便由衷的热爱祖国、热爱生命、热爱人类、热爱自然。恰如陀思妥耶夫斯基之言:“人活在树木和水塘之间,活在劳动和精神的自由中,活在诗歌和艺术的边缘,活在有尊严和挚爱的生活之中,定然会活得更舒服些。”

Nowadays, more and more attention had been paid to extra reading when designing a Chinese teaching course. Effective extra reading usually is able to promote the comprehensive understanding of curricular reading; however, in the actual teaching, it has become a phenomenon that slogan is much more than action and the lack of instructions commonly brings about more self-learning. This thesis first investigated and summarized various problems occurring in terms of extra reading of high school students and the corresponding instructions that should provided by the teachers, and then gave some effective suggestions associated with the mentioned problems. The advices on how to give useful instructions are proposed by focusing on two key sides, what to read and how to read, to let students apply distinct strategies at different parts of reading and improve their reading ability. It is desired that the significance of extra teaching can be emphasized and paid more attention to by the academic field, and hence, change the situation of the absence of teachers’ orientation, and at last, provide more feasible comments on teachers’ instructions.The thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter considers the reasons of academic research on the effectiveness of extra reading in promoting the improvement of reading ability of students by presenting the significance extra reading, the problems between extra reading and its teaching, the-state-of-the-art, research objectives and blueprints; the second chapter objectively presents the investigation by introducing its aims, subjects, tools, the procedure involved as well as the statistical analysis of the results; the third chapter demonstrates the problems reflected by the investigation and corresponding analysis with deep insight in the natures of the problems; the last chapter divided into two parts includes some thoughts and discussion to improve the effects of extra reading teaching in high school: Firstly, the feasibility and flexibility of the courses establishments of extra reading is discussed. In detail, the emphasis on significance of extra reading in Chinese teaching, the reasonable teaching objectives and assessment criteria for extra reading teaching, the enhancement of textbook organization for extra reading are involved in this discussion. Then, some thoughts of effectiveness of improving the teachers’ guides, including the selection of contents, methods and strategies for extra reading provided by relevant teachers are presented. Several suggestions on the selection of reading contents are given, for instance, the positive combination between required and extra readings, the emphasis of selection of textbook editions, thinking and teaching by standing on the side of students, combining the classical reading and interested reading, recommending some biographies and et.al. Later, the instructions on the methods of extra reading are discussed in order to improve the objective and Chinese senses of students during extra reading and to promote the development of their reading abilities by the provision of suggestions on how to make notes and how to use effective strategies during any reading stage. Hopefully, the students can select their independent reading preference under the guidelines given by associated teachers. It is obvious that if students can successfully gain more emotional support from reading, they will dedicate more love to our country, lives, human and nature. It is just like what Фёдор Михайлович Достоевский said ‘if man can live between trees and ponds, live with freedom between work and spirit, live on the edge of poems and arts, and live with dignity and love, he can be more natural and comfortable’..
