近年来,我国关注教育质量和教育公平工作,着力于提升中西部地区的教育教学质量。公费师范生政策是国家为吸引优秀的人才建设基础教育事业,建设高质量的教师队伍实行的一项政策,也是提升中西部教育教学质量的重要举措。

本研究使用问卷调查和数据分析的方法,得到中西部地区语文教育教学现状及其影响因素相关结论如下:

第一,中西部地区的语文教育教学现状处于中等水平。受到公费师范生毕业年限、性别、工作地和从教阶段的影响,语文教育教学又有差异。

第二,教师职业适应、教师职业认同对语文教育教学产生了显著影响。二者对语文教育教学现状都是正向影响关系,教师职业认同越高,则语文教育教学现状越好;教师职业适应越好,则语文教育教学现状越好。

第三,职前准备是教师职业认同中对语文教育教学产生主要影响的因子。二者之间为正向影响关系,职前准备越充分,则语文教育教学现状越好。适应状态是教师职业适应中对语文教育教学产生主要影响的因子。二者之间为正向影响关系,适应状态越好,则语文教育教学现状越好。在职业认同与职业适应对语文教育教学现状的联合影响中,适应状态对语文教育教学的解释量最高,影响最大;职前准备次之。

最后,根据研究结论,从公费师范生个体、师范学校和中小学三个层面、从公费师范生语文教师的角度,提出改善中西部语文教育教学现状的建议。

 

外文摘要:

In recent years, our country pays attention to the educational quality and the educational fairness, makes efforts to promote the education teaching quality in the middle and western regions.Public-funded normal student policy is a national policy which is to attract excellent talents to join the cause of primary education and build a high-quality teachers’ team , and is also an important measures to improve the educational quality in the middle and western regions.

This research adopt the methods of questionnaire survey and data analysis, and obtain related conclusions of the status quo and influencing factors of Chinese education and teaching in middle and western regions:

Firstly, the Chinese education and teaching in middle and western regions is at a medium level. there are differences in Chinese education and teaching due to the influence of Public-funded normal students’ number of years of graduation, gender, working place and teaching stage.

Secondly, teachers' occupational adaptation and professional identity have a significant impact on Chinese education and teaching. Both of them have a positive impact on the status quo of Chinese education and teaching. The higher the teacher's professional identity level is, the better the current situation of Chinese education and teaching level is, and teachers' occupational adaptation is the same logic.

Thirdly, pre-employment preparation is the main factor influencing Chinese teaching in teachers' professional identity. There is a positive relationship between the them, The more adequate the pre-employment preparation , the better the status quo of Chinese education and teaching. The adaptive state is the main factor influencing the Chinese education and teaching in the teachers' occupational adaptation. There is a positive relationship between the them, the better the adaptation, the better the status quo of Chinese education and teaching. In the combined influence of occupational identity and occupational adaptation on the status quo of Chinese education and teaching, the adaptation state has the most interpretation and the greatest influence on Chinese education and teaching, pre-employment preparation comes second.

Finally, based on the research conclusion, this research puts forward some Suggestions to improve the status quo of Chinese education and teaching in the middle and western regions, which is from Chinese teachers of public normal university students and the perspectives of individual students, university and work school of public normal university students.
