在知识经济时代下,企业要想获得持续健康发展,就必须进行创新管理。特别是中小企业的典型代表“专精特新小巨人企业”,进行创新管理尤其重要。当前已有越来越多的企业加入到创新管理的行列,创新管理获得快速发展和传播,企业之间的竞争也开始向着企业的核心创新管理能力的竞争转化。尤其是企业的技术创新和产品创新,是专精特新小巨人企业发展的命脉。创新管理是企业降低成本和提高竞争力的重要途径,在企业创新管理过程中离不开技术人才的支撑。自首次引进国外先进技术以来,国内分支技术也取得了重大进展,合资企业的技术优势将逐渐丧失。在保证质量的前提下,降低成本是提高产品竞争力的有效途径。同时,通过公司内部的创新管理,逐渐发现了公司创新管理的一系列有效途径,为全面的创新管理管理奠定了基础。在此基础上,本文以“专精特新小巨人企业”云之帆公司(云之帆为公司化名)为例,主要探讨公司技术创新管理问题,为同类型公司开展创新管理提供一定的参考。

In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises must carry out innovation management if they want to achieve sustainable and healthy development. At present, more and more enterprises have joined the ranks of innovation management. Innovation management has achieved rapid development and dissemination, and the competition between enterprises has also begun to transform into the competition of core innovation management capabilities of enterprises. In particular, the technological innovation and product innovation of the enterprise are the lifeblood of the development of the specialized small giant. Innovation management is an important way for enterprises to reduce costs and improve competitiveness. Enterprise innovation management cannot be separated from the support of technical talents. Since the introduction of foreign advanced technology for the first time, the domestic branch technology has also made significant progress, and the technical advantages of the joint venture will gradually lose. On the premise of ensuring quality, reducing costs is an effective way to improve product competitiveness. At the same time, through the internal innovation management of the company, we gradually found a series of effective ways of the company's innovation management, which laid the foundation for the comprehensive innovation management. On this basis, this paper takes Yunzhifan Company (a pseudonym of the company) as an example to mainly discuss the technical innovation management of the company and provide some reference for the same type of companies to carry out innovation management.

This paper mainly studies the innovation management of the "specialized, special and new little giant" enterprise. Taking Yunzhifan enterprise as a case, combined with the comprehensive innovation management theory, it puts forward improvement plans and draws inspiration from innovation management. The article first introduces the research background, research objectives, and paper framework. With the support of national policies and the intensification of market competition, more and more enterprises have begun to attach importance to innovation management, especially the "small giant" enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to study Yunzhifan enterprises, deeply explore the innovation management of "specialized, special, new and small giant" enterprises, put forward improvement plans, and draw inspiration. Secondly, it is a review of relevant theories and literature, mainly exploring the theory of innovation management, the theoretical model of enterprise comprehensive innovation and the elements of the innovation system, the process and ability of innovation management, and the development and changes of the "small giant with expertise, specialty, and novelty" enterprises. Then it introduces the basic situation of the company, analyzes the innovation management environment of the company, explores the process and current situation of the company's innovation management, and points out the existing problems and reasons. Finally, combined with the theory of comprehensive innovation management, the improvement plan is proposed, including innovation management planning, innovation management mechanism, the construction of innovative talent team and innovative culture. Finally, it is the innovation management enlightenment of the "specialized, special and new little giant" enterprise. Through analyzing the characteristics of innovation management of the "specialized, special and new little giant" enterprise, it puts forward the enlightenment of innovation management planning, innovation management mechanism, construction of innovative talent team and construction of innovative culture.

This paper deeply explores the innovation management of the "specialized, special and new little giant" enterprise, and takes Yunzhifan Enterprise as a case to propose improvement plans and enlightenment. The research results of this paper are of great significance to the innovation management of the "small giant specialized, special and new" enterprises, which can improve the innovation ability of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
