钢琴艺术伴随人类文明的发展已经经历了几百年的历史进程，它已经成为世界各地儿童学习音乐的首选乐器。学习钢琴不仅能培养儿童的音乐素质，还能开发儿童的智力，因此在中国钢琴便成为广大家长提高孩子素质教育的首选乐器。 在中国，钢琴教育从中国改革开放1978年开始至今，学琴的儿童遍布全国各地，学习钢琴的人数也在日趋增加，形成了前所未有的学琴热潮。如今，家长对孩子学习钢琴的心态从之前的望子成龙，望女成凤的心态逐渐的理性下来，开始变为当做业余爱好学着玩玩。而随着学琴人数的不断地增加，学琴的目的也不尽相同，钢琴的教育也开始变得更加的多元化。在这种情况下，许多钢琴培训机构开始出现，包括一些青少年宫和琴行等，儿童主要利用课外业余的时间来进行钢琴学习。而这些培训机构，基本上占据了儿童钢琴启蒙和初级教育的领域，而且目前已经成为整个钢琴教育体系的基石。 由于地区和文化背景的不同，受教育的水平不同，所以不同地区的儿童钢琴启蒙教育也会有一定的差异。北京是中国政治，文化，科教和国际交往的中心，在教育资源和教育水平上都处于领先的地位。本文立足于北京市的儿童钢琴启蒙教育，以部分大型钢琴教育培训机构为调查对象，并对调查数据进行整理与分析,找出其存在的优势和不足，针对其存在的问题提出一些有价值的建议，希望对儿童钢琴启蒙教育起到促进的作用。
