公共文化空间如博物馆、图书馆和艺术馆是文化参与和社会交流的重要场所，然而，残障人士在公共文化空间的文化参与度却较低。本研究以我国剧场类公共文化空间为研究对象，基于走访北京各剧场并对其无障碍设施现状进行调查，以深度访谈为主要方法，试图探讨残障人士在公共文化参与方面所面临的障碍及其深层原因。公共文化空间无障碍建设不健全、不完善反映着社会对残障群体的认知不足、关注不到位，社会普遍“偏见”与残障者的自我价值认同之间存在冲突。在此基础上，论文试图提出一系列针对性的建议，包括但不限于健全无障碍设施系统、提高公众残障认知、以文艺赋能残障个体与社群等，以促进残障群体在公共文化生活中的平等融入。

Public cultural spaces like museums, libraries, and art galleries are key for cultural participation and social interaction. However, people with disabilities have lower participation rates in these spaces. This study focuses on theaters in China, examining the current state of their accessibility facilities through visits and in-depth interviews. It explores the barriers to cultural participation faced by people with disabilities and underlying causes. The lack of adequate accessibility in public cultural spaces reflects societal ignorance to the disability community, leading to conflicts between societal prejudice and the self-worth of individuals with disabilities. The paper proposes targeted recommendations, including improving accessibility systems, raising public awareness of disabilities, and empowering individuals and communities through arts and culture to promote equal integration into public cultural life.
