许地山小说中的许多女性形象都具有超越性与世俗性兼备的特征。所谓超越性，是指她们具有高尚的道德、过人的颖慧和顽强的生命力。所谓世俗性，是指她们具有平凡的身份、真挚的情感以及鲜活的举止。而超越性与世俗性兼具的女性形象的生成既与浪漫主义与现实主义相结合的创作手法有关，又与作者的文化个性心理相关，更与他对女性这一群体寄予的期望有关。与此同时，以20世纪30年代为界，许地山的前后期创作表现出一定的差异：前期许地山小说中的女性人物超越性较强，世俗性较弱；后期许地山小说中的女性人物超越性较弱，世俗性较强。而伴随着这样一种差异，我们可以发现许地山小说中出现的一系列新变化：比如他在大量采用扁平人物的同时也会偶尔塑造出圆形人物，以及由文章主题的变化导致其作品的悲剧类型从命运悲剧向社会悲剧的过渡等等。这些新变化为我们分析许地山笔下超越性与世俗性兼备的女性形象提供了新的突破口。

Many female characters in Xu Dishan's short stories have the characteristics of transcendence and worldliness. The so-called transcendence means that they have noble morality, outstanding wisdom and strong vitality as well. The so-called secularity refers to their ordinary identity, sincere emotion and vivid behaviors. The generation of female characters with both transcendence and worldliness is not only related to the combination of romanticism and realism, the author's cultural personality psychology, but also related to his expectations for women. At the same time, taking the 1930s as the boundary, Xu Dishan's earlier and later works show some differences: the female characters in Xu Dishan's early short stories have strong transcendence and weak worldliness, while the female characters in Xu Dishan's later short stories have weak transcendence and strong worldliness. With such a difference, we can find a series of new changes in Xu Dishan's short stories: for example, while he generally adopts flat characters, he occasionally shapes round characters, and the change of the theme of the article leads to the transition of the tragic type of his works from fate tragedy to social tragedy, and so on. These new changes provide a new breakthrough for us to analyze the female characters of both transcendence and worldliness in Xu Dishan's works.
