随着计算机网络技术的不断发展，学校教学技术与水平的不断提高，在学校内部存有大量与教学和科研有关的数字化资源，它们是教学中的宝贵资料，但由于缺少较好的管理技术，这些资料散落在学校内各部门小范围内，而校园网平台因结构封闭，表现出教学资源的严重匮乏。本论文基于教学资源的迫切需求和资源管理技术落后的矛盾，分析学校校园网的管理方式和运行模式，增加对教学资源管理的功能，实现对教学资源的网络化管理，从而改善教学资源的管理水平，提高教学资源的利用效率。分析比较不同开发模式的特点，研究在ASP技术中选取基于B/S模式的数据模型方法，以教学资源动态管理技术为突破口，分析资源管理流程和动态数据更新技术。采用技术成熟，简单实用的Windows环境下ASP与SQLServer数据库结合方式开发基于B/S模式的教学资源管理系统，实现动态、交互、高效的网络化资源管理。采用面向对象系统开发方法，调研教学资源实体，分析对象的方法和行为，利用UML技术完成需求分析，对分解的子系统进行详细的数据分析，建立了数据模型和数据库表。系统开发中，使用Dreamweaver8.0实现浏览器与动态数据交互，访问教学资源。设计并实现了系统中用户授权登录，资源上传管理，资源下载管理，信息发布与经验交流等模块。采用用户权限和操作日志管理技术，提高资源共享和安全性。基于B/S模型的教学资源管理系统投入运行后，系统先进性和易用性在教学资源管理中得到了凸显，实现了对资源的网络化动态管理，规范了管理流程，方便教师对资源的应用，提高了资源使用率，提高了教学质量。
