本文采用75个国家在2008-2018年的面板数据，根据贸易引力模型，对知识产权保护与创新水平对中国高技术产业出口的影响进行实证研究。研究结果显示：进口国的知识产权保护水平和中国创新水平的提升有利于中国高技术产业产品的出口，但二者交互项对中国高技术产品出口的影响显著为负。这说明，当中国创新能力不断发展且促进了高技术产品出口时，进口国可能进一步提高知识产权壁垒来抑制中国对其的出口贸易。因此，中国应积极参与到知识产权的国际规则和标准的制定中，不断创新提高自身的技术水平，推动高技术产业的出口，向高端制造业转型。

Based on the panel data of 75 countries from 2008 to 2018, this paper conducts an empirical study on the impact of intellectual property protection and innovation level on China's high-tech industry exports according to the trade gravity model. The results show that the intellectual property protection level of importing countries and the improvement of China's innovation level are conducive to the export of China's high-tech products, but the interaction between the two has a significant negative impact on China's high-tech products export. This indicates that when China's innovation ability continues to develop and the export of high-tech products is promoted, the importing countries may further raise intellectual property barriers to restrain China's export trade to them. Therefore, China should actively participate in the formulation of international rules and standards for intellectual property, constantly innovate to improve its own technological level, promote the export of high-tech industries, and transform to high-end manufacturing.
