随着信息技术,特别是互联网技术的不断发展,以及国内外越来越多的大型考试采用计算机考试的方式来进行,奥鹏远程教育中心越来越迫切需要一套量身定做的机考系统。并且相继推出的一些教育技术标准,例如IMS标准等也为系统的互操作提供了规范标准的基础。本论文就奥鹏机考系统所涉及的相关理论基础、标准、开发技术进行研究探讨,并对基于奥鹏实际需求的机考系统设计和实现进行了分析和阐述,设计并实现了一套基于IMS QTI标准的计算机辅助考试系统。该系统分为考务子系统、考试子系统、题库子系统三部分。其中题库子系统支持选择题、填空题、自动评语填空题、阅读理解、连线题、音视频等多种题型,系统遵循IMS QTI的规范进行试题、试卷、策略的设计,使得题库和卷库资源可以在不同的考试系统和远程教学平台上实现共享和互用。考务子系统和原有教务子系统实现数据接口,并同题库子系统和考试子系统实现数据交换。考试子系统分为中央考试服务中心和考点端两部分,主要实现了考点管理、考场管理、考试机管理、时钟管理、数据同步备份管理、考生考试及试卷回收等功能。并增加了客户端界面操作控制功能,防止考生切换到其它应用程序而产生作弊行为。系统采用微软Visual Studio2005和C#作为开发工具,数据库采用MS SQL SERVER 2005,并将试题和试卷信息直接以XML字段类型存储在数据库中,方便编程和检索。

OPEN DISTANCE EDUCATION CENTER urgently needs a customized computer-based examination system to follow up the development of information technology and especially the internet technology, and the way of compute-based exams adopted by the more large scale examinations home and abroad. And it has promoted some education technology standards such as IMS, to form the foundation for standards on the interoperation of the system.The thesis mainly study and discuss the related theory bases, standards, and the developing technology to be adopted of the OPEN Computer-Based Examination System. And it makes an analysis and statement on the design and realization of the computer-based examination system that OPEN really needs, and design and realize a set of computer assisted examination system based on the standard of IMS QTI. The examination system consists of sub-system of examination service, examination system and Item bank. Among the system, the item bank sub-system supports choice items, blank-filling items, auto-comment blank-filling items, reading comprehension items, line-link item, and audio&vedio items, etc. It follows the standard IMS QTI to design items, exam papers and tactics so to share and mutually use the item bank and volume bank resources on various examination systems and on-line teaching platforms. The examination service sub-system realizes data interface with original teaching service sub-system and data exchange with the item bank sub-system and the examination sub-system.The examination sub-system which is composed of two parts: Central examination service center and exam sites, mainly realizes the function of the site management, examination room management, examination computer management, time management, synchronizing data backup management, candidates’ examination and exam paper recycling, etc. And the sub-system also adds operation control on client interface to prevent examination candidates shifting to other application programmers for exam cheats.The system uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and C# as developing tools and the Database uses MS SQL SERVER 2005. The items and exam paper information are directly stored as XML char class in the database for easy programming and searching.
