随着社会经济不断发展,工作生活质量成为组织所追求的一种价值取向。教师这一群体的工作生活质量对于保障教师社会经济地位、使教师安心教育工作并体验到教育的幸福意义重大。 从国内已有的文献看,教师工作生活质量的研究多集中在内地高校教师群体,边远民族地区教师工作生活质量的研究还是空白。为此,本研究把西藏农牧区X县中学教师作为研究对象,采用质性为主,量化为辅的研究方式,调查分析了西藏农牧区初中教师工作生活质量现状及成因,并在此基础上提出了有针对性的建议,以期对改善西藏农牧区教师工作生活质量有一定的帮助。 本文共分为五个部分。绪论部分在文献综述的基础上,对本文的研究目的、研究意义、研究对象、研究方法及研究效度进行了简要说明。第二部分通过对问卷和访谈、实物资料的分析,并结合自身的工作经历,描述了西藏农牧区初中教师工作生活质量的现状。第三部分从地理环境、社会环境、语言环境、学校环境四个方面分析了西藏农牧区初中教师工作生活质量现状的原因。第四个部分在现状及成因分析的基础上,从政府相关部门、学校、教师自身三个层面阐述了改善西藏农牧区初中教师工作生活质量的建议。最后,本文指出了研究的不足之处。

With the continuous development of social economy, the quality of work and life has become a kind of value orientation pursued by the organization. This group of teachers' quality of work life for the protection of teachers, the teachers at the social and economic status of education and experience the happiness of education significance. From the existing literature, research on teacher's quality of working life are more concentrated in the mainland university teachers, the quality of life of teachers working in remote ethnic areas of blank. Therefore, the study of the agricultural and pastoral areas in Tibet X county middle school teachers as the research object, the research combined quantitative and qualitative phase, investigated and analyzed the current status and causes of agricultural and pastoral areas in Tibet junior high school teachers' work and life quality, and puts forward some suggestions, in order to improve the quality of agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet teacher's working life. This paper is divided into five parts. The introduction part based on the literature review, research purpose, significance of this research, research method and research object of study, the validity of a brief description. The second part through the analysis of the questionnaire and interviews, physical data, combined with their own work experience, describes the present situation of agricultural and pastoral areas in Tibet junior high school teachers' quality of work life. The third part analyzes the reasons of agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet junior high school teachers' work and life quality status from the four aspects of the geographical environment, social environment, language environment, school environment. The fourth part analyzes the present situation and causes of the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet junior high school teachers, improve the quality of work life advice is expounded from the relevant government departments, schools, teachers' own three levels.
