文章从微观角度，利用汽车企业数据完成了对汽车行业2005—2014年全要素生产率的测量，分析了FDI对不同区域汽车企业的影响。此外，文章还以上海通用五菱和东风悦达起亚两家汽车企业为例，通过DEA-Malmquist指数分析了汽车企业全要素生产率增长的原因。结果表明：（1）FDI对中国汽车产业具有正向溢出效应，并且对中部地区汽车企业全要素增长作用更明显；（2）从全要素生产率分解指数来看，规模报酬变动和技术进步对全要素增长都有贡献；（3）FDI主要是通过促进中部地区技术进步从而提高全要素生产率提高。

The article completes the measurement of total factor productivity in the automotive industry from 2005-2014 from a micro perspective, using the data of automotive enterprises, and analyzes the impact of FDI on automotive enterprises in different regions. In addition, the article analyzes the causes of total factor productivity growth of automotive enterprises by DEA-Malmquist index, taking two automotive enterprises, Shanghai GM Wuling and Dongfeng Yueda Kia, as examples. The results show that (1) FDI has a positive spillover effect on China's auto industry and has a more pronounced effect on total factor growth of auto firms in the central region; (2) from the total factor productivity decomposition index, both scale payoff changes and technological progress contribute to total factor growth; and (3) FDI mainly promotes technological progress and thus total factor productivity improvement in the central region.
