目前中等职业教育正致力于以培养学生实践动手能力与创新能力为突破口的教学模式改革。而传统的职校教学模式存在以下三个方面的问题,即理论与实践环节严重脱节, 学生所学的知识不能转化为职业技能;教学过程注重了教师的“教”,忽视了学生的“学”; 缺少对服装企业实际生产过程的了解,不利于学生职业素质的培养。本研究从天津市慧翔职业中等专业学校服装专业教学实际存在的问题出发,探索与构建适合学校发展需要,符合工学结合要求的理实一体化教学模式。尝试构建以职业能力培养为目标、以职业实践为主线、以项目课程为载体的中职服装设计教学模式,以规范理实一体化的教学实施过程。另外,搭建配套的硬件教学环境,培养“双师型”师资队伍,落实校企合作之路,做好满足理实一体化教学的需要。本研究主要采用行动研究、调查研究和访谈的方法,达成了以下成果:第一,总结归纳并发展了理实一体化的理论框架;第二,提出并实施了中职服装理实一体化教学模式的结构框架;第三,构建了理实一体化的中职服装设计与工艺专业课程体系;第四,在服装设计与工艺专业教学中开展了理实一体化教学模式的实践,结果证明:强化了学生技能,提高了教学质量与效率,有助于“双师型”教师培养,促进了校内外实训基地建设,初步解决了传统服装教学存在的问题。

The reform of Secondary Vocational education should regard students’ practice and innovation capacity as the starting point and breakthrough point for education and research. Currently, traditional teaching mode of secondary vocational schools seriously separates the theoretical knoedge from practical ability which causes the impossible transfer of student’s knowledge which has been learned into skills;on the other hand, the teaching form of Clothing course is of unitary and shorts of system. It merely focuses oneaching”, but ignores the students’ “study”. Meanwhile, the comprehension to the production of garment enterprises is lacked, influencing the consolidation of students’ professional thinking. Based on the traditional teaching problems in Clothing major of Tianjin Huixiang Secondary Vocational School, this paper conducts actively exploration at the level of course and teaching to establish the theory-practice integration teaching mode applicable to the school’s development and the requirements of the integration between work and study. It attempts to build the teaching mode for Clothing course of our school that dominated by vocational practice and carried by project course, to standardize the implementation process of the mode, and to ensure its implementation. In addition, it is necessary to establish the appropriate hardware teaching environment in cultivating “double-teaching” teacher and fulfilling the road of the school-enterprise cooperation so as to meet the need of integration.This research mainly adopts the action research method, survey research and interview, reached the following results: first, summarize and develop the theoretical framework of the integration of theory and practice; second, proposed and implemented a framework of integration of theory and practice of vocational clothing teaching mode; third, construct the garment design and technology curriculum system real integration; fourth, in the teaching of fashion design and technology professional development practice, integration of theory and practice teaching model results show: strengthening the skills of students, improve the teaching quality and efficiency, contribute to the "dual-qualification teacher training, and promote the construction of training base outside the school, has initially solved the existence of traditional clothing the problem of teaching.
