安慰行为经常发生在人们的生活之中，当个体陷入消极情绪时可能会受到别人的安慰，不同的安慰者会采用不同的安慰策略，安慰的策略多种多样，哪一种策略对被安慰者的安慰效果最好呢？研究采用一个两因素混合实验，检验不同类型的安慰策略对不同人格特质的被安慰者所起到的安慰效果是否有差异。安慰策略分为以情绪为中心和以问题为中心两大类；被安慰者的人格特质使用简版大五人格问卷测量，主要考虑外向性和神经质两个维度。结果表明：情绪中心的安慰效果显著好于问题中心；被安慰者的神经质和外向性的主效应显著，总的来说安慰语对低神经质和高外向性的被安慰者的效果显著好于对高神经质和低外向性的被安慰者。神经质和安慰策略的交互作用显著，对高神经质的被安慰者使用情绪中心的安慰的效果更好，对低神经质被安慰者则没有差异；本研究对于安慰效果和安慰策略的研究，以及如何选择合适的安慰策略安慰他人具有理论和现实意义。

Comfort often occurs in our daily life. When individuals fall into negative emotions, they may receive different ways of comfort. There are many kinds of comfort strategies, which one is best? The study uses a two-factor mixed experiment by questionnaire to test whether different comfort strategies have different comfort effects on individuals with different personality traits. Comfort strategies are divided into two categories: emotion-centric and problem-centric. The personality traits of the comfortees are measured by the Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory brief version, and we mainly considere extroversion and neuroticism. The results found that: (1) the comfort effect of emotion-centric was significantly better than problem-centric; (2) the main effect of neuroticism and extroversion was significant, which suggested that comfort have better effect on individuals with low neuroticism and high extroversion than those with high neuroticism and low extroversion regardless of comfort strategies; (3) there was an interaction between neuroticism and comfort strategy, which showed that the comfort effect of emotion-centric is better for hight- neuroticism individuals but there is no difference for low neurotic individuals.
