当今企业对现代技术工人的职业能力不断提出新的要求,企业不仅重视职业基础能力,更强调关键能力。在这样的环境下,以培养技术工人为地方企业服务的中等职业学校开始改革现有的以教师为主体的教学方法,尝试新的教学理念。项目教学法被应用到教学中来,在实践中发现对培养中职学生的专业技能很有利,有助于学生和实际工作相联系,培养学生的实战能力。作为一线教师,在教学实施过程中,发现在项目教学过程中的具体操作问题,在小组合作学习的过程中,对小组合作学习的教学组织,教师在小组合作学习过程中的影响,评价对小组合作学习的作用等方面没有深入研究。“细节决定成败”,只有将项目教学的每一个细节处理好,才能使其充分的发挥作用,更好的为职业教育教学服务。本研究针对内蒙古纺织工业学校计算机专业学生,他们面临既要掌握专业技能接受实习就业的选择,又要应对毕业前的技能鉴定考试的检验。在课堂教学和实习实训的过程中实施项目教学,采用行动研究等方法,对其小组合作过程研究项目、教师和评价几方面因素的影响。经过近一年的理论总结与实践探索,发现目的明确、可操作性强、与实际环境联系紧密的项目任务实施小组合作活动学习效果更好,教师在合作学习过程中适当进行干预,提高学生的学习效率,同时适时、合理的评价在合作学习过程中能起加速器的作用,也激发了学生的学习积极性。本研究针对中职教学的特点和中职学生的需求,结合用人单位对人才的要求,探索中职课堂教学的方法和相关问题的解决方案,以期能获得教学改革的最佳方案.

With the constantly much higher requirements for modern workers nowadays, modern corporations emphasize not only on basic professional skills, but also on key abilities. In such circumstances, secondary vocational school aiming at developing professional technology workers for local companies try to reform the existing teacher-centered teaching method, and try new teaching philosophy. Nowadays, project-based learning is extensively applied in daily teaching activities. This method is benefit for understanding professional skills of vocational school students; particularly for developing the ability of better combing theory with practice. As a teacher, during daily teaching activities, there are three key implementary factors of project approach: the impact of teachers in this method and the evaluation of the effects of this method. “Details determine success or failure”. We must better understand each detail of project-based learning so as to fully take advantage of this method and to serve vocational education. In this study, we focus on students in computer science of Inner Mongolia textile industry secondary vocational school. On one hand, they need to master practical skills for future employment; on the other hand, they have to pass the pre-graduation skill assessment successfully. While project-based learning is applied in classroom teaching and practical training, we use action research methods to evaluate the impacts on project-based learning of three factors as mentioned above.Through exploring the theory and practice for almost a year, we found that clear goal, high practicability and close bound with practical environment could benefit the implementation of project-based learning. At the same time, teachers should perform an active role in this approach to improve learning efficiency of students. Timely and reasonable assessment in co-operation learning process could inspire learning enthusiasm of students.In this study, focusing on teaching characteristics of vocational school and needs of students, combining with the requirements of employers, we try to explore better teaching methods and solutions to obtain the best reforming scheme for vocational education.
