近年来,我国愈发强调培养造就拔尖创新人才与世界科技前沿、国家重大战略、社会发展需求之间的紧密联系。因此,本文聚焦于我国高校拔尖创新人才的培养,分别探究各高校在人才培养过程中存在的趋同化现象及采取的特色化做法。基于人才培养模式的培养目标、培养内容、培养机制三个维度,在趋同化现象方面,本文以2023年入选“强基计划”的39所高校为例,采用内容分析法研究当前各高校拔尖创新人才培养模式呈现出的共同特征,并借助社会学新制度主义理论分析该现象成因。在特色化做法方面,本文以北京大学、北京师范大学、南京大学、四川大学、西安交通大学五所高校为培养拔尖创新人才所创设的荣誉学院为例,采用多案例研究法对比五个荣誉学院开展拔尖创新人才培养工作的差异。综合上述两个维度的研究探讨,期望为未来我国高校拔尖创新人才的培养提供有益借鉴。

外文摘要:

In recent years, China has increasingly emphasized the close link between the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents and the world’s scientific and technological frontier, national major strategies, and social development needs.Therefore, this paper focuses on the cultivation of top innovative talents in Chinese universities, and probes into the assimilation phenomenon and the characteristic practices in the process of talent cultivation. Based on the three dimensions of training objectives, training content and training mechanism of the talent training model, in terms of the phenomenon of assimilation, this paper takes 39 universities selected for the " Strengthening basic disciplines plan " in 2023 as an example, adopts the content analysis method to study the common characteristics of the current training model of top innovative talents in universities, and analyzes the causes of this phenomenon with the help of the new institutional theory of sociology. In terms of distinctive practices, this paper takes the honor colleges established by Peking University, Beijing Normal University, Nanjing University, Sichuan University and Xi 'an Jiaotong University as examples, to compare the differences of the five honor colleges in cultivating top-notch innovative talents by using multi-case study method. Based on the research and discussion of the above two dimensions, it is expected to provide useful reference for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in Chinese universities in the future.
