改革开放以来,我国城市化进程伴随着农村劳动力的大量转移不断向前推进,城市用地规模不断扩大,影响着农村社区向城市社区的转型,尤其是处于城乡结合部的农村社区成为城市化进程的先锋队。人口的迁移必然带动文化的迁移,学校是社区的文化中心,承载着传播地区传统文化与现代文化融合的使命,转型期的社区发展为学校发展带来了巨大的挑战,学校如何应对环境变迁带来的挑战成为跨越式发展的关键。本论文运用访谈法、观察法等方式在实地进行跟踪调研,并分析了大量的文献资料,在整理分析访谈记录的基础上对研究问题进行质性分析,以探讨利用社区资源促进学校发展的机制。论文的主要内容如下:第一章是绪论部分。主要分析问题提出的背景,在对国内外相关研究的现状进行综述的基础上,对核心概念进行了界定,指出了本研究的理论意义和实践意义;文章的理论基础主要从学校战略管理、系统论和社会交换理论的角度,对本研究进行理论指导;确定了本研究的研究方案,对研究对象做了简单介绍。第二章是回龙观中学利用社区资源的个案研究。本部分系统介绍了回龙观中学和回龙观社区的现状,并对学校利用社区资源的社会背景做了介绍;学校与社区经历了起始阶段、发展阶段和应变提升阶段,三个阶段的发展特征表现出回龙观中学利用社区资源的演变过程。第三章是利用社区资源促进学校发展的机制研究。本部分通过对回龙观中学利用社区资源的个案分析提炼出学校利用社区资源的机制,学校首先在思想上要以开放的态度,明确学校作为社区文化中心的责任;学校要把战略规划与地区规划结合起来,从社区发展中发现机遇;学校要为公众提供坚实的平台,完善学校与社区的利益结合机制和组织管理机制。第四章是对全文的总结和讨论。在总结本研究结论的基础上,提出了对学校利用社区资源的一些建设性意见,以期对学校和社区的互动发展起到一定参考意义。

Since the reforming and opening, lots of rural labor transfer continuously with the urbanization , urban scale unceasingly expands affecting rural community to the transformation of urban community, especially in the urban and rural urbanization of rural community becomes the vanguard. Population migration inevitable drive cultural migration. school is the cultural center of community , bearing the mission in spreading area traditional culture and modern culture fusion, for school development ,the transition of community development brought huge challenges, how to respond to the challenge of environmental change becomes the key to leap-forward development. This paper uses the method of interview, observation ,tracking investigation, and analyze literature, in based on the analysis of interviews record, in order to investigate the mechanism in using of community resources to promote the development of school. The main content of the paper are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. Mainly analyze the background, put forward in domestic and abroad were reviewed the status quo of the research, on the basis of the core concept is defined, this study pointed out the theoretical and practical significance; Article mainly from school basic theory of strategic management, system theory and social exchange theory perspective, this study theory guidance; Determine the research plan, the researchers were also reviewed.The second chapter is that the case study of huilongguan middle school uses of community resources. It generally introduces huilongguan middle school and the present situation of huilongguan community, and the background about school using of community resources are introduced; From the ideas, contents and methods, organization and security about huilongguan middle school in using of community resources, the paper introduces the mechanism of the cooperation in huilongguan middle school and community, the huilongguan middle school use of community resources to promote the development of their own case show.The third chapter is that the research of mechanism in using of community resources to promote the development of school. This part of hui-long-guan middle school by the case study of use of community resources extracts school use of community resources mechanism, firstly,the school in thought to open a school as the attitude, clear the responsibility on the center of community culture; The school should put strategic planning combined with regional planning, catch the opportunities in development of community; The school should provide solid platform for public schools and communities, perfect combination mechanism, organizational management and benefit mechanism.The fourth chapter is to summarize and discuss the full. The conclusion of this study was presented, put forward some constructive suggestions based on the using of community resources to school , aiming at playing role on the interactive development between school and community.
