在当今科技术飞速发展的时代,传统制造企业面临着巨大的挑战,互联网与制造业的深入融合,信息技术、人工智能以及3D打印等技术的深刻变革已经开启了新一轮的工业革命,并逐渐改变着人们的生活方式。企业产品迭代速度也随着市场发展而剧增,产消者的需求也进入了个性化消费时代。对传统制造企业而言,现有的生产力难以跟上新时代的步伐,仅靠质量、产量、规模等因素已然不能满足产消者的需求,迫使传统制造企业必须快速适应和服务于多变的个性化产品的市场需求,因而柔性化生产模式成为数字经济背景下应运而生的新型生产模式。
随着新一代信息技术的发展,大数据、物联网、人工智能等新型模式不断融合并应用于生产制造全产业链的各环节,给传统制造业带来生产模式的颠覆性变革。本文主要以数字经济背景下传统制造企业面临的机遇和挑战作为切入点,探析我国在资源约束和劳动力成本上升、以及发达国家对我国再工业化挤压的形势下,如何运用“互联网+”与制造业的深入融合并发挥我国制造业大国的特点,从而积极构建柔性化生产系统。本文详细阐述传统制造企业转型的必要性、在转型过程中的关键点和难点,以及柔性化生产制造体系的实施路径,并借鉴前人对于柔性制造的分类及相关变量识别的研究成果进行综合分析。提出设备柔性、产品柔性、管理柔性和人员柔性为柔性化生产转型的四大关键因素,从而分析柔性化生产转型后的系统构建的途径,试图分析传统制造企业向柔性化生产转型的适用条件,总结出制造企业柔性的关系模型,为以后的传统制造企业向柔性化生产转型的相关研究提供理论依据。
本文以企业中数据驱动的智能工厂、个性化驱动的大数据建设、以及C2M模式平台建设、取得创新服务的定制模式等成功经验,运用SWOT方法对红领集团的发展环境进行分析。通过对红领转型升级的策略分析,从柔性化生产转型系统构建的四大关系要素出发,分析红领集团向柔性化生产转型的系统构建及转型后的效益,试图通过探析传统制造企业向柔性化生产模式的瓶颈与策略,给传统制造企业转型升级提供借鉴意义。

In today's era of rapid development of science and technology, traditional manufacturing enterprises are facing enormous challenges. The in-depth integration of the Internet and manufacturing industry, profound changes in information technology, artificial intelligence and 3D printing technology have initiated a new round of industrial revolution, and gradually changed people's way of life. With the development of market, the iteration speed of enterprise products has increased dramatically, and the demand of producers and consumers has entered the era of individualized consumption. For the traditional manufacturing enterprises, the existing productivity is difficult to keep up with the pace of the new era. The factors such as quality, output and scale can no longer meet the needs of producers and consumers. It forces the traditional manufacturing enterprises to quickly adapt to and serve the market demand of changeable personalized products. Therefore, flexible production mode has become a new production mode emerged under the background of digital economy.
With the development of the new generation of information technology, new models such as big data, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence are constantly integrated and applied to all links of the manufacturing industry chain, bringing subversive changes to the traditional manufacturing industry. Based on the opportunities and challenges faced by the traditional manufacturing enterprises under the background of the digital economy, this paper analyzes how to make use of the "Internet +" and the manufacturing industry's deep integration and give full play to the characteristics of China's manufacturing power in the situation of resource constraints and labor costs rising, and the extrusion of the developed countries to China's re industrialization. This paper elaborates on the necessity of the transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises, the key points and difficulties in the process of transformation, and the implementation path of flexible manufacturing system. It also makes a comprehensive analysis of the classification of flexible manufacturing and the identification of related variables based on the research results of predecessors. Four key factors of flexible production transformation are proposed, which are equipment flexibility, product flexibility, management flexibility and personnel flexibility. The way of system construction after flexible production transformation is analyzed. The applicable conditions of traditional manufacturing enterprises'transition to flexible production are analyzed, and the relationship model of manufacturing enterprises' flexibility is summarized, which is the transition from traditional manufacturing enterprises to flexible production. Relevant research provides theoretical basis.
Based on the successful experience of data-driven intelligent factory, personalized big data construction, C2M mode platform construction and customized mode of innovative services, this paper uses SWOT method to analyze the development environment of Red-collar Group. Through the strategy analysis of the transformation and upgrading of red collar, starting from the four key factors of the construction of flexible production transformation system, this paper analyses the system construction and the benefits of the transformation from red collar group to flexible production, and tries to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises by exploring the bottlenecks and strategies of traditional manufacturing enterprises to flexible production mode.
