2020年3月20日,国务院印发了《关于加强中小学劳动教育的意见》,明确提出要突出劳动教育在新时代教育培养体系中的重要地位。同年6月,教育部印发了《普通高中思想政治课程标准(2017年版2020年修订)》,对课程标准中前言及正文部分均进行了修订,其中多处出现“劳动”、“劳动教育”的相关表述。本研究对统编版高中思想政治必修教材中涉及的劳动相关主题进行分析,发现统编版高中政治教材必修一《中国特色社会主义》的发展谱写了劳动最光荣的篇章,必修二《经济与社会》鼓励学生劳动要创新,必修三《政治与法治》启示学生劳动需依法,必修四《哲学与文化》引导学生树立劳动最伟大的价值观念。
因此,基于《关于加强中小学劳动教育的意见》的出台和高中思想政治课程标准修订的背景,本研究以高中生群体作为研究对象,通过问卷调查法和访谈法对数据进行分析。研究发现,当前高中思政课融入劳动教育面临以下问题:一是学生劳动素养欠缺;二是部分教师劳动教育观念存在偏差;三是劳动实践教学“浮于表面”;四是教育评价体系不够健全。针对上述问题,本论文结合实际情况,提出以下可行策略。首先发挥学校劳动教育主阵地作用:学校劳动教育实现“常态化”发展;梳理课程与教材的关系,拓展劳动教育相关内容;在高中思政课教学过程中开展劳动专题教学活动和健全考核评价机制,完善教学评价体系。其次发挥家庭劳动教育基础作用:家长摒弃错误观念,化身劳动教育“家庭教师”;还要发挥榜样示范最用,延续热爱劳动优良家风;同时还要加强家校沟通合作,形成劳动教育合力。最后发挥社会劳动教育辅助作用:发挥媒体传播优势,营造热爱劳动社会氛围;加强劳动教育基地建设,实现社会劳动教育“多样化”。

On March 20, 2020, the State Council issued the “Opinions On Strengthening Labor Education In Primary And Secondary Schools”, which clearly proposed to highlight the important position of labor education in the education and training system in the new era. The proposal of this opinion emphasizes the need to cultivate people with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. In June 2020, the Ministry of Education issued the “2020 Ideological And Political Curriculum Standard For Senior High Schools (2017 Edition, 2020 Revision)”, which revised the preface and text, and related expressions of "labor" and "labor education" appeared in many places. By analyzing the labor related topics involved in the ideological and political textbooks of senior high school, we can find that the “Development Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics” interprets the highest value of labor, the “Economy And Society” encourages labor to innovate, the “Politics And Rule Of Law” contains labor according to law, and “Philosophy And Culture” establishes the greatest belief in labor for students. Therefore, based on the background of the opinions on strengthening labor education in primary and secondary schools and the revision of the new curriculum standard, this study takes senior high school students as the research object, and analyzes the data through questionnaire and interview. It is found that the integration of Ideological and political courses into labor education in senior high school faces the following problems: first, students' lack of labor literacy; Second, teachers' awareness of labor education is weak; Third, labor practice teaching is facing difficulties; Fourth, the education evaluation system is not perfect. In view of the above problems, combined with the actual situation, this paper puts forward the following feasible strategies: first, give play to the main position role of School Labor Education: Normalizing school labor education; Sort out the relationship between curriculum and teaching materials and expand the relevant contents of labor education; In the process of Ideological and political teaching in senior high school, carry out special labor teaching activities, improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism, and improve the teaching evaluation system. Secondly, we should give play to the synergy of family labor education: parents abandon wrong ideas and incarnate labor education as "tutors"; At the same time, we should give full play to the role model and continue to love the fine family style of labor. Finally, we should give full play to the role of social labor education and security: give full play to the advantages of media communication and create a social atmosphere of loving labor; Strengthen the construction of labor education base and realize the "diversification" of social labor education. |
