沿青海湖沙柳河河道选取多个不同断面进行样方调查,分析沿着沙柳河河道离湖不同距离处草地群落结构、地上生物量以及物种多样性的变化情况。结果表明:(1)青海湖沙柳河流域沿河道距湖428m-44898m范围内所调查的样方中,草本种类有54种,不同断面间物种共有度小。(2)优良牧草的盖度、生物量、丰富度所占比例小,盐碱地植被的分布广泛,草地质量低。(3)沿着沙柳河河道,随着离湖距离的增加,多样性指数和地上生物量增加,土壤含水量减少。(4)Shannon-wiener指数与地上生物量的关系呈现单增的变化趋势,并且显著相关。土壤含水量随着Shannon-wiener指数的增加而呈现小幅度的增长趋势,Shannon-wiener指数与土壤含水量不显著相关。

Nearly thirty plant communities were surveyed around of Shaliu river basin in the Qinghai Lake. Plant communities、aboveground biomass and species diversity were analyzed in the different locations of Shaliu river basin.The research results show(1)The grassland at the near of Shaliu river basin has low pasturing value . (2) With the increasing distance between the lake and the quadrats,species diversity indices and above ground biomass were shown to increase,and the soil water were nearly shown to decrease.(3)A significant correlation was found between the species diversity indices and the aboveground biomass , but the correlation between the species diversity indices and the soil
