家庭暴力不仅是影响家庭和睦、社会和谐稳定发展的消极因素，而且是侵害家庭成员人身权利的违法行为。社会文明的进步需要对家庭暴力的受害者进行有效的救助。而我国家庭暴力救助的立法现状却存在重大缺憾，在实践中难以取得良好的实施效果，涌现出诸多家庭暴力受害者救济难的问题。因此，对家庭暴力法律救助深入的研究，对保护家庭成员的权利，保持社会和谐稳定发展具有重要的意义。本文从“家庭暴力救助”这一命题出发，结合“家庭暴力”的有关问题，分析家庭暴力产生的原因、特点、中外家庭暴力犯罪的比较研究，在此基础上，提出解决这一问题的措施和建议，并对一些新领域进行了探讨，以期能引起更多人对这一问题的更深研究。

Family violence is not only a negative factor against family harmony and the harmonious and stable development of the society but also a crime against the rights of other family members. The progress of social civilization needs the efficient succor to domestic violence. However, The present legal provisions have so many shortcomings that they can't work effectively, leading to lots of difficulties in relieving family violence causalities. Therefore, an in-depth study of the law issues of family violence is very important for protecting the rights of the rights of other family members and keeping the harmonious and stable development of the society.The author starts from the subject "the soccur of domestic violence ", combines with the relevant issue of "domestic violence",then analyzes its reasons, characteristics, comparative study between foreign countries and our country respectively. And on this base, the author put forward soccur methods and suggestion.,and discuss some new problem in this field, hoping to make more and more people study this issue more deeply.
