研究发现努力的道德化效应，表现为越努力的人被认为越有道德。然而，努力的道德化还未能在发展中国家得到验证，以往研究也缺乏对潜在个人和情境边界的探索。本研究用三个实验检验努力的道德化及其对他人评价的影响。实验一，被试内设计，将一段两个会计师在业务产出相同的情况下付出了不同水平的努力的故事分成高努力和低努力版本，测量被试的感知他人道德水平差异。实验二，改为被试间设计，并扩大样本量，初步检验感知他人努力水平通过感知他人道德水平影响对他人评价的中介机制。而实验三增加测量对他人的评价的条目，并探索新教伦理观念（PWE）对努力的道德化效应的影响，检验有调节的中介模型。本研究结果证明努力的道德化现象普遍存在，且PWE会通过增强感知道德水平从而作用于对他人的评价。

Research has found the moralization of effort, showing that the harder a person tries, the more moral they are perceived to be. However, the moralization of effort has not been tested in developing countries, and previous studies have lacked exploration of potential personal and situational boundaries. Three experiments are proposed to examine the moralization of effort and its effect on evaluations to other. The experiment 1 uses the within-subject design. A story of two accountants with different levels of effort under the condition of the same business output is divided into high-effort and low-effort groups to measure the difference in perceived moral level. The experiment 2 uses the between-subjects design. and expanded the number of subjects to preliminarily test the mediation mechanism. In experiment 3, we measure the evaluation of others, explore the influence of PWE on the moralization of effort, and test the moderated mediation model. The results of this study prove that the moralization of effort is widespread and is regulated by PWE, which acts on the evaluations to others through perceived moral level.
