采用青少年生活事件量表、情绪调节方式量表、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)中文版和初中生学校适应问卷对314名初中生进行问卷调查,以探讨认知重评与心理弹性在生活事件和学校适应间的链式中介作用。结果表明:(1)控制人口学变量后,初中生生活事件显著负向预测学校适应;(2)初中生生活事件通过认知重评的使用,降低对学校适应的不良影响;(3)初中生生活事件通过促进心理弹性的提升,降低对学校适应的不良影响;(4)认知重评和心理弹性在生活事件对学校适应的影响中起链式中介作用,存在“生活事件→认知重评→心理弹性→学校适应”的路径。

A total of 314 junior high school students accomplished Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Checklist (ASLEC), Emotion Regulation Scale (ERS), the Chinese Version of CD-RISC, The Questionnaire of Junior High School Students’ School Adjustment. The present study aimed to investigate the chain mediating effects of cognitive reappraisal and resilience for the relationship between life events and school adjustment. The results revealed that (a) Life events predicted significantly and negatively school adjustment on junior middle school students; (b) Cognitive reappraisal mediated the relationship between life events and school adjustment; (c) Resilience mediated the relationship between life events and school adjustment; (d) Multiple mediation analysis indicated that cognitive reappraisal and resilience partially mediated the relationship between life events and school adjustment besides direct influence.
